@rcjhdraft I don't think that's our recruiting strategy, do you? I mean lets get a 1 year rental because it'll bring in all the system guys we need? Of course the portal is a game changer too and maybe guys will want to come alongside him next year thinking they'll all mesh into a championship team. Someone will probably fact check me on this but I don't think there's a championship team since Duke in 2015, or maybe Kentucky in 2012 that's ridden OAD's to the championship.

Embiid, Wiggins left college with a 2nd round exit in the tourney, of course Joel was hurt, but we lost a lot of games that year with them. Josh Jackson played on a more complete team with us I think and we made it to the sweet 16.

Lots of talk about St. Johns and now one East Coast SPN article saying could St. Johns be the 5th Big East champion of the century? I looked at their schedule. Underwhelming! 1-1 against top 25. They beat Creighton, that's it, and Creighton is no longer ranked. Doesn't sound like a champion to me.

Had this thought too about our late game time. ACC now includes Cal and Stanford and there's no way on God's green earth that they would schedule Duke to start a game at 11 Eastern time or even 10.
It's seeming the lightbulb is at least warming up for Rylan. We really need another scoring option to get this team humming. We don't win that game last night without Rylan playing better.

Gonna be moving over to ESPN it looks like. A few years back I was watching the beginning on ESPNU, it went to commercial, KU game became live on ESPN, but I was oblivious and about 5 minutes later I realized I was watching some documentary about how KState had never won anything or something stupid like that.

I do look at this game like the Utah game. They are bad. Utah, we at least had a chance until the last minute and could have and certainly should have won, so I'm calling for a close game again and no predictions beyond that.
