Bring positive energy in the room instead of sucking the air out.

Unless Bill is at 100% I'd not suggest him to coach.

For continuity I'd go with Norm. He has done well in Bill's absence.

Mellow stance may work well when players are under pressure and shots are not falling, especially in the tourney.

Now it is all hands on deck approach with players taking more responsibility and play with a chip on their shoulder for their HC.

Just saw self interview on kuhoops site.

For someone who had an angiogram with 2 stents he looked good. However he just didn’t look like the coach we have come to know which is totally understandable.

Unless he has significant improvement in the next 1.5 days I just don’t see him coaching on Saturday.

@Texas-Hawk-10 I concur although I recall he did a lot of amping last year in Big 12 tournament. He really wanted to win that trophy. Perhaps it was strategic as he desperately wanted to beat Baylor and go with a positive mindset into NCAA.
