There is one site I go to where filtering a user completely removes all traces of them. Not even the usual view post option. That site is custom code and very different from this one though.
Polls and a hard ignore option would be wonderful.

Grimes is the kind of player Self can shuffle around 1-4 depending on situational need. I would guess mainly 1-3 with the roster KU has this season. He will hope to become a pg in the NBA. He has great pg instincts. Think DWill.

The area I see KU having some issues this year is scoring. The back court is so young and inexperienced except for Vick and lacks that guy that you have to guard on the perimeter that I see a lot of teams packing the paint against KU I can see some games where KU may go 6 or 7 minutes without a FG because of the make of the team.
It's definitely going to take some time to get cohesion on offense. There are some potential line-ups where the shooting would be very bad.

This KU team is very good. A top 5 team easily and everyone seems to think top 2 (along with UK).

He is 5'10'' and doesn't have the PG skills and explosive athleticism to make up for it at the KU level. His height is definitely an issue.
At least KU let him know now, so he can have a good fair shake at a 2nd recruitment. He has offers from FSU, Nebraska and VT since the announcement.
If you read around his twitter and some of the guys around Mac Irvin Fire, there is definitely some bad blood about this. The reasons you laid out are good reasons for him to decommit but I think if it were entirely up to Jacobs he would still be committed. Even recently he knew the situation and that he would likely sit his first year at a minimum. Now we see KU pushing hard for an unranked PG out of Arkansas before this was "announced" I really think this was a KU/Self decision. Just my opinion on that.
