Ochai!!!
If only Dave had hands
Agbaji had a dunk with 1 dribble..
Definitely a good field
Christie came to College with a big time rep for shooting and he couldn't hit the broadside of a barn in every game I've seen of him
Yeah Sparty thought the game was 20 minutes
The defense is not nearly where it will need to be to beat good teams. Rebounding especially is another big issue. Good problems to have because both tend to get locked in as we go
Flo Thamba the new floppa for Baylor. Keeping the torch alive for Vital
Mitch had a few really nice moments on offense.
Dave is just wired wrong on the court, you would have thought maturity would have slowed him down but everything is rushed and just unbalanced. It's all mental

Let's get this finished so I can EAT π¦
Agree
Ugly game

Why does David go down instead of up?
4 year question...
@BShark said in UNT Turkey Day Game Thread:
Refs calling it tight this half, fun.
They are shit refs
CB having one of his games
Cb has looked good today
@BShark said in UNT Turkey Day Game Thread:
@BeddieKU23 Been better with Mitch in, says it all.
Mitch made shots. Rebound and score that's what we need
Dave this early doesn't look like a fit on this team. That and he can't make layups at 6 10
Turnovers to end that half were deflating
Unreal ref. The ball was live and it was stolen
Bad play there
We'd be up 30 if we could make simple layups
Omg are u serious shot
Dave is so bad
Bullshit made
I love how locked in this team is today defensively
Jalen is good
Dave's inability to rebound is startling
@BShark said in UNT Turkey Day Game Thread:
NBA level continuation for UNT (I know I'm late posting about it)
That was so bad
Dave sold that flop
That ref sucks
Congrats to ochai on that big 3
Dave can't make a simple 3 footer
Starters smarters. Wilson will play 30 and that means everyone is going to feel a minute crunch
I mean it's the smartest move long term.
Nobody can matchup with Chet in the College game. Just the reality
Good athlete. Offensive game needs some polish and development I was told but length and size for days. Will need weight room too.. Hard worker and good kid. KU definitely in there on him. Obviously they r recruiting Buzelis but his recruitment is already a bidding war

If the go cats were even halfway competent theyβd be leading by quite a few
Guess the question is, who's going to replace Bruce after this season?
Don't you know after he wins 2 conference games he's getting a 4 year extension.
I agree about Rittenhouse being held accountable for the deaths in some way, self defense or not. He is not clean in this just because the law protects him.
The bits and pieces of the judge that I caught definitely raised my suspicion about him. A judge shouldn't become the center of attention.
However I will say that the media coverage of this is what I find the most troubling of it all. I rarely pay attention to the news which is why I don't even have a clue about the other issue in Georgia (I'll have to catch up on it). The media smeared this Rittenhouse case one side and then the court evidence really painted a different picture.
Yeah these late tips are brutal for anyone outside West Coast Time Zone. Horrible to see this early
Yeah your right, if you lose you would play at those times. wooooooops. Edited for correct times
Meh Jalen's shots should come from somewhere else. Ochai can get 15 a game in the flow and he's earned it
We all know KU plays on Turkey Day against North Texas.
A win and they play Friday vs the winner of Dayton/Miami at 1 or 1:30 Eastern Time (Yikes).
2 wins gets them to the Championship vs Alabama/Belmont/Iona/Drake on Sunday 1 or 4 Easter Time.
Sure Holmgren is thin and that's just how its going to be for him until he's got years of strength training in the NBA. He's really skilled and a tremendous rim protector which we all know is something KU struggles with every single time they face a big with that kind of ability
Having a good season so far! Warriors are legit
2023 Guard Jeremiah Johnson #38 overall- Kansas: "Bill Self and Jeremy Case has been recruiting me. I took two unofficial visits there. I like that program because it is a winning program and a main priority for me is winning. Also, they have shown a lot of loyalty by staying with me throughout all that has happened."
Johnson was shot this summer (context to his comment about them staying loyal).
2023 6'5 Combo Guard Chris Johnson #37 overall (jumped 30+ spots) in latest update will officially visit KU sometime this season it looks. We made his top 7. Jeremy Case leading the charge. Has already made officials to Arkansas/LSU. He is from Texas and also wants to see Georgia. Has Houston, Texas & Texas A&M in his Top 7 as well. Nothing noteworthy on KU here besides him wanting to official here. Seems like he's going to commit sometime this season
They are not related
Early but after 3 games Ochai leads the nation in scoring at 26.3ppg.
I don't recall seeing many people who thought he would even lead the team in scoring much less the country. Dude put in a lot of work in the offseason and its paid off so far.
So here's to Ochai for making the most of his opportunity that he has right now. If he continues to play like this all season he's got a TON of good publicity coming and this team is going places
Purdue has a lotto pick guard as well (Ivey) that can do it all and has shown impressive play making (13 assists in 2 games) over the weekend. They have a few other role players that make perimeter shots as well. About as well rounded a team as there is outside KU and Gonzaga
I think it will be lower scoring. UNT has veterans who are their main scorers and some size to mix it up down low. They beat Purdue in the NCAA's last year so they are not a pushover. Think we see this one hover around 10 or less imo
