Yeah seeds 2-5 are still fluid as of today. Nobody from the bottom 5 of the conference can really make any movement. Oklahoma St could lose its last 2 games and still be a #5 seed in our half.

Oklahoma St is arguably the hottest team in the conference. If we were to sweep the regular season series on Saturday we are possibly playing them twice in a week if they were to beat Baylor in the Quarterfinal. Not exactly the situation we would want, its really difficult to beat a team 3 times, much less playing a team that is playing its best basketball and is a really good offensive team.

As it stands today KU doesn't seem like its being rewarded for being the #1 if this was the bracket.

Ball is a lot of fun to watch. My father is a huge Bruin fan and I told him Ball was going to change their team. He doesn't keep up with the recruits so he didn't believe me after their losing season. Recently he goes this is the best kid to come through UCLA in a long time. I agreed, he's such an unique talent.

Jackson is 50% from 3 over the past 11 games (18 of 36). FT's slightly up to 62% in February.

Big chance to stop the bleeding tonight against WVU. Strong non-conference will keep them in the discussion for a top-3 seed. If they don't start playing better they probably don't deserve it. I think a lot of Baylor's struggles have to do with Al Freeman's struggles. He was averaging 11 points a game for most of the season and then the rug has fell out from under him the past month +.

First 17 games - 11 points a game

Last 11 games - 5 points a game including 3 DNP's for suspension

Without Freeman as that 3rd scorer Baylor is really hurting..

But I would think Texas would want someone who didn't set the program back 30+ years with this season. 2 NBA prospects, 6 Top 100 kids. Barnes would have done more with this talent

I don't know how you judge a 10-19 season and soon to be 20+ loss season with anything but starting over. That season wouldn't be allowed at almost any Power 5 school especially one with a brand name as Texas. I'm usually one that likes to give the benefit of a doubt to coaches as often decisions are made hastily and without thought but Texas has to find someone who can win and its not this guy

Definitely we know Bragg isn't going to give us the kind of production he did against TCU every game. This is arguably Coleby's 3rd big game of the season (Georgia, Kentucky) and now Texas. At Ole Miss he always played well against Kentucky and Florida so I'm confident if his number gets called that he'll be good against the better competition.

I did see it but I'm sure any kid on the bench is going to have moments where the expression could be taken out of context. Svi is in a slump, Bragg is well...Yeah..Basically wouldn't read into it much

That was the most embarrassing home crowd I've ever seen for KU coming to town. How do you play well consistently when you can hear a pin drop half the game. Texas truly doesn't care how bad their basketball team is

Always thought highly of Coleby but I admit there has been points in the season where there was doubt if he would ever contribute here and if he would play basketball going forward. Coach was right he is getting some of his old self back and it's coming at the right time. We can certainly use his positive play a few minutes here and there as Bragg continues his merry go round of contributions. Coleby is legit size and knows his role, rebound block shots and pick up the pieces around the rim. Junkyard dog.
