I suppose I underestimated just how much of a letdown this would be. Still plenty of time for these guys to man up but the last 5 minutes there looked like we are just trying to coast on talent alone

like I said yesterday this is a letdown game
we have doubled in the past, not understanding why we are not trying to force the ball to someone else.
we could avoid a lot of their junk points by doubling down on their center

if this team keeps progressing, a Bragg/Doke starting lineup is what would probably make this teams ceiling unstoppable
it would help if he puts himself in the right position to get the ball. he ran the floor like a deer on one play and could have gotten a lob off it. He's a work in progress but can rebound pretty well already and he alters shots
Bragg can at least finish inside which we know Lucas is falling apart trying to do. Bragg showing why scouts love him
I'm tired of Josh being punished for how good he is. This type of stuff won't happen at the next level for him.
its a 10 point game but the refs ruined a lot of momemtum.
josh had multiple plays taken away, Mason as well.
Defense was good for good stretches after that initial shootout.
hes got NBA everything. good lord can he fly.
its a big concern but they are good looks and the guards have played a lot of minutes/tired legs this past week

the deeper reward could be in swaying Duval to join who just happens to be buddy's with Preston. I think that's the real prize KU might be after
Definitely, nobody knows what will happen with him. The risk of being burned by him is there.
The potential reward is probably outweighing the unknown right now. Everybody wants top 10 talent, we'll see whether he actually gets to show it off
Fully agree, if Mason keeps this up definitely gives Duval & Young something to think about...

Vick has looked good in flashes so far, you can tell he's still trying to get comfortable.
His defense looks much improved.
His 3 ball hasn't really come around yet this year although I think he's a very good shooter.
Much like getting Jackson in spots to drive and use his athleticism, the same is needed from Vick.
He is so long, I even saw him guarding the post against Duke.
There are going to be some games this year where Vick is going to look really really good.

Wiggins up to 27 a game. He keeps playing like this and its going to be hard for him to miss the All-Star game
I hope they are jacked up. I think things will be tight early and our overwhelming talent advantage + home court will take over. Just hope the little guys get some time to rest when the game hopefully goes into comfortable territory.

This time will live and die with Frank. The way he's playing so far I like our chances in March with him. Gotta keep him healthy and at this level throughout the gauntlet.
