@BShark He can score, rebound and pass, but he's not really a rim protector. We need to continue to penetrate - I don't think they can stop us.

@Big-Clyde52 I agree - I don't think they beat us with just Delgado scoring 2 point buckets at a 50% clip. I wouldn't double team him - don't let Carrington or the other guards get clean looks from deep...
3-12 from 3 and 2-7 at the FT line - and still up by 5... We have to play better in the 2nd half, right????

Delgado already with a double double - getting abused down low by them...
1-9 from 3 and 1-5 in FTs isn't going to get it done....
We are in the double bonus and three of their starters have 2 fouls. DG, Svi and Malik should drive downhill every possession the rest of the half...
SHU is NOT known for their defense - yet, we are throwing up quick off balance jumpers...

Tougher game than the final score will indicate - they started missing shots the last 7-8 minutes...

De Sousa is the difference in the game so far. He goes after rebounds unlike anyone else on the team. If we can get him for another two years, he may become unstoppable - and monster on the glass...

@BShark No longer at arm's length and definitely not buried. Frittered away a 16 lead pretty quickly. Lazy passes, bad shot selection and lackadaisical defense. Give KSU credit for continuing to play aggressively - don't know what our guys are thinking...
@BeddieKU23 Not just two guys, but their two best players. How would we do with both Doke and DG, or DG and Svi out? If the guys are focused and play with any intensity, they should be able to - and need to - put this away early...
We really just need 2 more buckets from here on plus make some FTs...

Nothing more frustrating than opportunity to extend the lead and then commit a totally unforced TO...
DG seems really listless in this game. Some bad, lazy passes and no pressure on defense...
All 5 fouls on Mitch and Silvio have been cheap, silly and entirely avoidable ones...
