Bigger than not having Daniels issue maybe is that we are missing our DTs and can't stop the run. We are going to have to do better in the 2nd half and hope for some penalties or turnovers to get our defense off the field.

If Juan, Kevin, and Hunter can stay healthy then I think this will be one of Self's better KU teams. Hunter is an experienced 7'1'' and can score in the post and shoot 3's. That's something Self has rarely if ever had and I think it pairs well with Juan and Kevin.
Depth is my only concern. If Juan, Kevin, or Hunter get injured it makes the team much worse. I actually think Kevin is our most important player and I'm actively praying for his ankles. I'm also hoping Self can add a 2nd half transfer. Right now we have a pretty salty 7-man rotation plus Braun and McDowell. Getting another body would be big for this team.
Bean seems to play worse when there's pressure. It's not all on him though.

I'm confident in our offense and our running game. Little worried about our depth on defense. Robinson and Booker are both banged up. We need the bye week to get healthy.
Kind of would like to have Daniels for OU in Lawrence but if it doesn't seem like he'll be able to go for that game then I'm open to redshirting him. We would also have to hope that Bean doesn't get hurt for the rest of the season.

Defense, and especially redzone defense has kept us in it. Offense has to be way better in the 2nd half to have a chance. Have to put up points and give the defense a chance to rest.
Would like to see fewer Bean deep balls and runs up the middle in the 2nd half. Spread it out and run the ball. It's been working
