@wissox Ya kinda stinks. I'm watching the KSU/ASU game today and they were talking saying that because of the conference schedule and amount of teams , they wanted to make the amount of games are equal with quality officials - make sure all teams get the same Balance.

Dam so I tuned in to watch some of the KSU/ASU game and right off the bat found out that- - -For some reason Coleman Hawkins wasn't playing today for K/State- -- & Freeman ASU leading Scorer and player has been kicked off the team WOW

You know , just browsing around , running a crossed other teams records , Seasons Kind of ironic /funny , well funny but yet not funny if you know what I many of these other teams experiencing rough seasons.
U , Conn - - Gonzaga - - Kentucky - - N Carolina- - -Baylor etc etc . Like I was watching/reading of Baylor pod cast and Locked on Baylor awhile ago and you think it is like we are standing on the edge of the cliff , ready to jump because of the play of the team- -the players coming in from NIL ?

@drgnslayr Got to agree with part of what you said anyways lol. !st have to agree, was really happy with the way the guys played yesterday vey crisp , sharp- lot's of movement and yet like you said have to be tempered some by who we were playing, be vey interesting if we can follow this showing up come Monday Night against Colorado, they actually played us pretty well in the Phog.
As far as Dickinson goes , have to give him props on this game Actually the 1st time I've seen true hustle and some emotion and sure he put up big numbers again- -but like I've mentioned before who was the quality of the opposition he was doing that against ?-- a smaller 5 , possibly not as athletic, can't really see that being possible but size difference. You put a 5 same size , better athlete Hunter really is a no show, The biggest thing with him is sure puts big numbers but he negates all that with his just insane horrible defense, so can't really agree there
But hey he did a really good job yesterday so major props to him for that , maybe he breaks out defensively from this.
One thing that showed yesterday looks like these guys played as a group , not individuals - -Hell AJ even was ok not great but serviceable The game ball goes to- - - DIGGY COIT, he was the one who was the spark that lit the blaze.
One last thing is that it was good to see the guys carry this through from the 1st half through the 2nd half -- Complete game. - -ROCK CHALK

@bskeet I agree- I'm guilty in the heat of the game, runnin my mouth heated more then i should. Just the passion for this School for me, I just can't deal with them losing, losing is bad- -but losing and being ugly at it is just not good.
After I've had time to think about things I try and think more positive, - you mention about them picking the School that they love, the question is do they ?-- I mean when you have turnover 5-- -6 players every yr - -ne coming in for one year -- Do they really invest enough- - spend enough time the history , the tradition of this School. - -Do they really love the school ? -- I dunno
So with the way things have been going , this stretch of bad ball , players under preforming , conflict in the locker room , Coach's , players , The question now becomes-- - - what next ?
If this continues over even the short haul , then what's next ?- --If say todays game , if they come out once again Sluggish , slow start , sloppy ,- -Then what ?
How does the fan base react ?- - What about the students ? -Do we start to hear boo's at a College game ?- -Will the field house still be sold out ? -- OR maybe will the students not show out as strong ?- -Or maybe just dead- - like the team- - - no enthusiasm ?-- - will we possibly start to see signs about Bill ?-- Signs about players ?
For me- -I don't know- -I hope we still have their backs, show support , but wouldn't guarantee it. I think possibly could be mixed , I'm sure it's not going to take a lot for things to turn sour fairly quickly unfortunately .
I guess the REAL BIG question is- - Do these kids have heart ?- -Fight ? and more then anything else does this group have any PRIDE left ?- - -Are they willing to fight for School Tradition /History?

Listening to anothr KU Pod Cast and they were saying and I had already seen this in person so pretty well knew but people crying and bitching saying Storr should be playing more ? - - -- WHY ? what has he done to justify him getting more minutes.?
One thing we do know is - - Storr ranked third- -THIRD ! ! !NCAA/NATION - -in shot attempts to reach 16.0 per game- his shot volume is insane
One thg we do know about Storr is , in the little minutes he has played the first time he catch's the ball it is going up----- - your not getting it back- - he either clangs it up OR he tries driving the base line.-- It's like I'm getting mine.

OK , so we have all seen how some people like to take their shots at KJ , how he is a negative for our offense , Ok great seen it enough times now I think we get it, HOWEVER
i would challenge anybody to name me a player on this dam team that's plays with more guts-- desire - -hustle- - - grit then KJ. Absolutely KJ is limited offensively- - but the kid is the ONLY ONE that we see that will give that 100 % every time he steps on the floor for KU- - he is about the only one on this group that actually care about KU/the School more then anyone else here.- He plays with passion always love for the game and for KU
He will dive on the floor for loose balls while you see other KU players bending over thinking the ball is going to jump up into their hands There are people who say all he can do is dunk - -last time I checked a flush is still worth two points- - same value as a jump shot -all counts the same. Other then KJ name me someone on this team who shows any kind of emotion after a great play a fast break slam , a follow up slam ,- -diving for a loose ball and getting the steal ? - KJ shows emotion- - juices flowing -- these other guys are walking around like a bunch of Zombies 95 % of the time no emotion at all. - Are they alive ?
Sure KJ is limited but at least he tries. I'd give my left nutt to have FIVE KJ's on this team, somebody who actually cares about wins/losses -- our School, anything but themselves - -KJ has more character in his little finger then most these others ( - Helol Storr , Dickinson ) - Mr & MRS NIL- -oh my money- - oh my money ) screw the School -I'd take KJ in a minute the way he plays over these others anyday

The question was how much longer does Coach Self stick around? They said ONE - - ONE more year , which I fully believe too, but Nick came back and ask and was a petty good point he says - -OK if you seriously think Self is here for only ONE more year then it's had to cross your mind that THIS could be his last year.

You have to a least try and defend instead of worry when we do get the ball wondering how fast I can jack up my shot. -Carrying through on what he want sis up to the Players to do NOT THE COACH, he can't do it for you
