I'm thinking tonight. There could be several hours of downtime.
I've been testing the upgrade path for the latest version of nodebb on our board, and the tests have been successful so far. There are several critical fixes to thread navigation that make it something I want to do shortly.
So I wanted to get it on your radar. At some point in the next few days I will be upgrading the board.

@dylans I couldnt remember if there was a Tupac song or not. Maybe it was because Michael Bolton is rapping "No Tears" by Scarface when he's in the traffic jam, and that song sounds a lot like Tupac?

@wrwlumpy thanks for sharing these memories. I feel like I missed out not growing up listening to Max. I only got to experience him in the twilight of his career. Even then, he was great.

I just want a team that's fun to watch. Goes hard, doesn't take off possessions, values d, attempts good passes, has a couple adequate gunners, doesn't have off court drama, has good on court chemistry, has likeable personalities, wants to be there, and learns from their mistakes. If we have all that, both my enjoyment and team success should follow.

Just finished Franks basketball camp in Pburg. Good to see Frank. He appears to have grown a couple inches ?? Seriously. He's huge, but he also seems taller. Anyway, he plays each of the kids one on one at the end and dribbled circles around most of them. I got to shake his hand and we took a picture of the boys with him.
I heard from an older gentleman there that it was AWIII who told the staff to check out Frank. Andrew White the first was a legendary pastor who was largely responsible for setting up a charity that has helped out Petersburg tremendously. The Petersburg HS football field is named Andrew White field in honor of him.

@jayballer73 agree with @Texas-Hawk-10 here. Minutes are exactly what I'd expect (8 min or 5 min) whether there's a redshirt btwn Lightfoot/Enanura or not.

I'm not an iphone user, but something like what is described in link should work (same functionality as android, I'm assuming, being able to eliminate cookies for a specific site)
@nuleafjhawk yeah the forgot password emails arent currently working. The site is configured to use a 3rd party that used to do free emailing, but they now only offer paid tiers of emailing. Hopefully, with a board upgrade, nodebb defaults to a free emailer again? I'll look into it with upgrade.
Try to do the same thing as I told Gorilla if you know your credentials but they arent working. If you dont know your credentials, email me from the email you have on record for your account (to approxinfinity@gmail.com) and I'll reset your password and send a temporary one to that account.
Whether we red shirt now or later or never seems to be not super important at this point. I wouldn't mind seeing it be entirely the kids choice. Tell them If we really need you we can pull the Redshirt off at any time like Ochai

@Texas-Hawk-10 Houston messed up including Harrell in the Chris Paul trade imo. That trade in general looks bad in retrospect. What happened to their first round picks last 3 years? Traded?

Harris looks great in this video. Shifty, solid handles, finishes with left or right, creatively. Can dunk. Put on some muscle since other video.

@dylans I think he's top 15. I don't think he's top 10. Seeing what he can do with Kawhi should be a good litmus test. It's hard to gauge next to Westbrook.

My gut agrees, my brain is not entirely sold. From a "nobody will question you perspective", sure. Selling merch, profitable to franchise, sure sure.. Ultimately, yes, it financially makes sense and is worth the risk. But in terms of whether it will actually equate to a winning formula with Durant and Kyrie as the focal points, I'm not sure.
Here's a list of notable players who came back after achilles injuries. Only Dominique Wilkins returned to form, but he was 21 when it happened.

Do you guys think the Knicks should have sprung for Kyrie and Durant? If Durants Achilles doesn't make a full recovery I can see how that could look like a bad investment down the road.

@Marco hmm I didn't see that yet. Interesting. I was surprised they replaced durant with Russell as far as Max contracts. I figured a stretch forward would be more suitable. And I was surprised they let Iguodala go to do it. I expect Russell is traded by years end. We will see if Kerr figures out how he fits with Curry against the leagues best.

@Texas-Hawk-10 the reason I say a draft pick is that the Rockets were aiming at Butler and needed cleared cap space. So they basically need to dump Capela right? But he has value, so future draft picks that don't affect current cap space are better than a dump. Did you have in mind any particular Boston role players the Rockets could take the contract of and still afford a star?
If it's not Butler, I get what you are saying. Im not a fan or Butler or Harden and think they deserve each other in Houston.
@Texas-Hawk-10 I've been wondering if Boston can get Capella for a draft pick or two and or pick up a bad contract . Knowing Houston needs to clear cap space for Butler it seems Boston could get Capella for cheap. Capella is a talented big but doesn't have a trey gun. Wondering if he can develop it or if it matters for Boston.
