Actually honestly this game is going to benefit KU alot. - - I think it fares better for them, the team gets more out of a game where they are really challenged then playing the Emporia States - -Washburn - -where it's nothing more then a glorified scrimmage. - -Tests the players right out the chute.

Well not for sure what to think on this. I knew we had been really heavy on Matthew Hurt early - -# 5 in the Nation. Then not sure if we backed off he backed off or a combination of the two. I was KU with Teddy and a lot of the boys, Bob Kivisto, - -Tommy Kivisto , - -Ron Franz, - -Rick Suttle - - Tommy Smith - - -Calvin Thompson -- Danny Knight - - Kelly Knight - -Darnell Valentine - - Roger Morningstar, - - Otis Livingston , Pierre Russell , Ronnie Kellogg - - -So I've been with these teams ALL these teams for some time.
I've been through the years at KU when Teddy sucked - -but I was still there, Went through Yankee down years, but through these you didn't see me jump ship - -that's the difference between a fan and a closet fan.
That's just like to me makes me sick I hear people say well I like KU in Basketball - -& K-State in football- - -bout makes me sick. - -If your a real fan for KU your not a fan of K-state in anything - -and that includes cow tipping & Cow patty skeet shooting - -so yep I guess that's what you want call me then so be it -- one thing I'm not is a BANDWAGON FAN - - - ARE YOU?

My brother is a huge Chiefs fan, and he was telling me about all the Chiefs fans crying and whining about the game and once again trying to blame Alex Smith for the loss.
I just had to laugh and he agreed. - These kind of fans are the type of fans that are never satisfied. - -Like I told him if they want to find the REAL reason for the loss all any fan has to do is go to ESPN. Don't think Alex can help any on that side of the ball. - -Don't try and blame Alex . Smith has the 5th best overall QB rating in the Entire NFL, that includes being rated higher then Matt Ryan from Atlanta - & my own now disabled Aaron Rogers. - -I think most people would take that. - -Still no interceptions. - -KC is # 1 in the entire NFL on offense - --IT'S NOT ALEX SMITH. -People want to bitch about play selection - -That's not Smith, that's your Coaching staff - -your offensive Cordinator.
They Call the plays in - -Alex runs those plays - -oh sure he can change the play - -BUT if the coach calls the play - Alex overrides it and it craps - like throwing and INT from his own play call or a fumble , or gets thrown for a huge loss - -that turns into Alex ass - the Coach going to be all over him wondering why the hell he overrode/changed their play Call. - -Their last series 3 rushes in a row. That's not Alex - -last time I checked he wasn't anywhere on the O-line to make that block, move the D-Lineman to clear the hole.
Don't give the lame ass excuse that stink weed the rookie could come in and do better, oh sure that sounds good now - - he is a damn rookie , your not finding hardly any rookies that can come right in from the start. - - -He is still learning the read the defense/coverages. - -Big difference between looking good in exhibition games when most the time you have guys other rookies and undrafted trying to make the roster, then the regular season against Veterans.
All you have to do is just look it up - -right there in black and white. Well since we last talked things have gotten REAL INTERESTING. -- everyone talking about everyone else's pitching staff other then NY. - --Well Guess what have just totally shut the high powered offense of Houston down - unbelievable pitching. - -Even in our two losses 2- , 2-1, was really good pitching.
Having said that I think this WILL go the full seven , and as far as game seven - -I think it's a crap shoot. - -Houston I think obviously wins tonight with Verlander - -we already beat one Goliath but don't think so tonight hopeful but realistic.
