Rock chalk baby! That lady announcer talking trashing all match long can GTFO 3-1 ain’t no fluke, one bad stretch in the 3rd set and early in the 4th otherwise KU dominated them. Huge win for our resume for the tournament, long ways to go in the B12 tho.
Pretty big colapse in the 3rd. I believe last year we got up 2 to zip and blew it.

I was assuming that the person had internet lol. I like our Firestick because if you have prime like we do (diapers are worth it alone) you get a free pass for tons of movies and tv shows. @KUSTEVE One of my Buddies has got that KODI set up for free but he says its a pain in the butt to navigate and the picture isnt always worth a crap.
I'd recommend getting a fire stick or Roku. I have a fire stick with the SlingTV app and ESPN+ app. I think I pay $45 a month and between the two I get Fox Sports Midwest, FS1, FS2, NBC Sports network and every ESPN channel they have. When I had Direct for the premo sports channels I wanted it was $115 a month and had a ton of channels I never watched. It's pretty much sports or HGTV or Nick JR in my house lol.

Cundiff has now withdrawn his verbal and switched to Wisconsin. Hate to see some of the handful of D1 talent leave our state but can’t blame him looking at both us and KSUs season thus far. That leaves us with a single recruit for this class as it stands, meaning the next HC could be in worse shape than Beaty with his use of the gray shirt. If there is any advantage to firing Beaty, recruiting could be it.

@jayballer73 forsure Texas volleyball is almost the equivalent to KU basketball, multiple NCs and final fours. Won the B12 6 of the last 7 years, of course we are the other team in those years lol.
Also shoutout to the ladies soccer club as well, they won in Methattan last week and sit just a 1/2 game behind in the conference.
@jayballer73 I was getting ready to post something about this myself. They have rattled off 7 straight wins including a win against a ranked Baylor squad Saturday. I was fairly worried after how we started that our post season streak was in jeopardy. I believe they will get their new Facilities next season and with all the turn around they’ve had with assistant coaches going places to become head coach,(which is good because people are doing their jobs) and the players lost to graduation. Caps off to Coach Ray and his staff, hopefully they can keep it going.
@jayballer73 I like coach Beaty, his vision for the program and who he is as a man but I’m fairly certain he’s not the guy to turn this place around. With today’s performance he maybe able to make it the rest of the season but I’d be shocked if he came back in 2019. We also have no idea what Long is thinking at this point, the announcers backed him hard during today’s game. The number one issue to me outside of his record is fan support. Only 18,000 fans at homecoming. I can never remember that few of fans at a KU football game and I’d say a couple thousand of those were Ok State fans. I encourage everyone to go to the games from here on out regardless of what you think of Beaty. We need to support for the players, they are working their asses off and I’m damn proud of them.
On another note Baylor beat KSU tho they surrendered over 300 yards rushing, which is frustrating because we have 2 backs better than Barnes and did nothing against them. Snyder is a dam fool for attempting nearly 30 passes with backs averaging 7 and 11 yards per rush.

I’m leaning more towards just firing at this point, he announced he wouldn’t be redshirting anyone this week. Get someone to be an interim coach and get a few guys to red shirt to help with the scholarships for the next staff. @justanotherfan I’m predicting a 65-17 win for WV idk if that’s enough to get him fired but it should be.

I was reading yesterday that Snyder was getting pretty snippy in his old age at his press conference. Told some "Just write whatever the Hell you want" after dodging several questions about why Thompson isn't the guy going forward. I honesty wonder if he isn't starting to lose a step mentally.
Rich Rod would be like Charlie Weis 2.0 IMO, guys like Les Miles and Gus probably have better options than Kansas but who knows. Long was hired because of his football connections, it will interesting to see who he can get.
@JayHawkFanToo I actually think KU has good talent in several areas, the trouble is it not on the most important area on the roster, Offensive line. The official attendance was 18,634, wow I think that maybe the least I can ever remember seeing. Sad.
Willis finished 17 for 27 with 335 yards and 3 TDs. I’ll say it again it’s amazing how well some of our transfers are doing when they couldn’t even sniff the field here. Goes to show a guy how bad of a judge Beaty and his staff is, also I think this team has a decent amount of talent. They are just poorly coached.
Texas nearly blows a 19 point lead in Methattan, Snyder going against his assistant coaches and start Delton pretty much cost them the game. I got a good laugh outta it. Texas’s offense look lost as can be most the time, only scoring 10 on a weak KSU defense. No way Texas is a top 25 team currently.
@Kcmatt7 Kendrick hasn’t impressed me to this point to be honest, I’d red shirt him at this point in the season. Stanley should be the unquestioned guy moving forward, the second half I was pleased offensively, the defense needs work but a couple of injuries I think played a factor in guys being outta position. I still think this team is improved from last year by a fair amount. The trouble is when you lose by an average of 32 points in conference like we did a year ago, you have to improve a ton just to be in the game. I could see this team stealing a win or two yet this season but I think it’s too little to late for Beaty especially after losing to Nichols.
@jayballer73 I wasn’t sure before today but that was one of the best performances from a QB since the Reesing era, 24/32 for 247 with 3 TDs and no picks.
@BShark he easily looked like the best QB so far today, against a decent team.

It doesn't matter who they want the Democrats will drum up something that he did or he's racist, something along those lines. This has the norm for them the last decade or so. One of the funniest things about all the accusations, they act like it never happen if it goes there way. Example: John McCain, was called a white supremacist, a trader for info he supposedly gave up while a POW and Nazi during the 2008 election. The same Democrats that called him that all the sudden loved him after he died just because he didn't like trump. I disliked McCain a great deal but that didn't change because of death or because we had a common enemy. I'm a independent but I'll never vote Democrat as long as I'm alive, they will go to any level to prevent or silence people that disagree with them all while claiming to be tolerant. BS circus that's happening now is why Trump probably easily wins in 2020, most independents I know wont ever vote Democrat again either. Not to mention they made trump the president by rigging the DNC, Sanders would more than likely have won if they didn't cheat.
@justanotherfan Terry Allen at Kansas was a lot like Bret beliema (spelled wrong) at Arkansas. Allen won 7 straight conference titles at UNI and never had losing record, similar to Bret at Wisconsin. The similarities are they both started at programs that were already built and didn’t have to build them. I don’t want a coach that has only proven they can maintain, we need a guy that has proven he can build. Sadly Terry Allen would be better than what we have had since MM left. I think Glen Mason was a decent coach, people forget how inconsistent the program was under him. He finished here with a losing record and is only 2 game above .500 for his coaching career. IMO we can’t take a chance on position coach or a coordinator, we have to pay whatever it takes to get a proven builder. When a person thinks about our last 3 hires, they all never built anything and weren’t even decent hires on paper. Gill had 1winning season in 4 at Buffalo, he’s doing decent now at a place that won at least 7 games each of the last 5 seasons before he was in town, basically he can maintain. Weis was a laughable hire, a guy that couldn’t win at one of the most prestigious football programs. TY Willingham left him some highly recruited guys and as soon as those guy left Weis ran it into the ground. So he isn’t even a maintainer. Beaty not only had zero experience as a head coach but only one season as a coordinator at Rice on a 3-9 team. It just makes our ADs look like idiots that did little or no homework.
I’m ticked my ESPN app quit during the intros, I was able to watch the rest. Man I hate the scrimmage, lol it’s the same as most years guys just running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I’m like Self sitting here critic it. Now we have to wait 27 days to play 😒
@Kcmatt7 I agree, I dont care about how long the next guy will stay as long as he brings the program back to life. @Texas-Hawk-10 Interesting take, I think Miles would be a good hire to get people fired up about the program instantly.
@Texas-Hawk-10 I think a lot of it would depend on who he gets as an OC, he may decide to change stuff up from how he was at LSU. I highly doubt KU gets ether guy to town lol.
