Just one big play from being ahead in this game. Texas has a lot of yds, but not much on the scoreboard. Good job D; come on offfense.
Maybe, we'll see both KU QBs behind center again. That was crazy.
Texas has passed for 1100 yds and rushed for 600. So the KU secondary and our pass rush better be ready to play if KU is to have any chance of staying in this game.
My hope for today's game is that KU finishes without any key injuries and plays well on both sides of the ball. Texas better bring its A game or KU may upset them again. Oh boy would I like to send Texas to the SEC with another KU loss. RC baby

The offense must work on its short yardage plays. KU did fine all day running wide, but when KU needs one stinking yard, what play gets called? Yep, slow handoff to RB up the middle for a one yd loss. Make it a run/pass option and take it wide with the option to pass for the short yardage. Jeez

I sure like KU 's offense: 2 experienced QBs, 4 RBs with game experience and 5 receivers, including Neal with over 100 yds receiving in 3 games. How are you going to stop this BYU? Oh, and BYU's offense is really just 4 guys, QB, RB, TE and WR. Not today BYU
ESPN has KU as a 9.5 pt favorite. What are you folks stressing about? Many, many stories about BYU's offense scoring only with smoke and mirrors. Looks like a KU cake walk on Saturday. 4-0 Baby! I always just rely on the odds makers; just like the Nevada game.

KU starts out an 8.5 favorite over BYU. I thought Nevada played a terrific game and attribute the close game to their better than expected performance, rather than KU's poor performance. KU was average, but Nevada was very good compared to their previous games.
I predict KU will not cover the spread

Why wouldn't the Big 12 schedule the western teams only for early afternoon starts and the eastern teams for 7pm starts. That would balance out the time differences somewhat

Some talk this week about Misery dodging KU at the Liberty Bowl. Since we still have 4 hours until KU's game starts, I looked up the projected payouts of the bowls. Missouri got their ass kicked in the Gazpacho Soup Bowl or some such name. That bowl was scheduled to pay $1,125,000. Whereas, the Liberty Bowl that MU passed up paid $4,700,000. Way to go Misery.
