15-5 foul count now. In 30 minutes of game time they've called 5 fouls on that team. The refs ought to be investigated makes me laugh every time I read it. Who's gonna investigate them?

It's really hard to get a whistle in Storrs I imagine, especially after Mt. Hurley erupted last week and they need a win in the worst kind of way.

League getting embarrassed so far tonight.
I once wore a Duke shirt proudly after they beat us in the 91 championship game. My grandparents retired to the triangle area and when Grandma got ill she spent a lot of time at Duke hospital. Grandpa became a Duke fan, also became friends with James Worthy who worked at the cafeteria there (he never let the facts get in the way of a good story!) and bet me a T-Shirt on the result of the game. I lost the bet and honored Grandpa by wearing it for a few years I guess before....? I'm not sure what happened to it.
I'm really most proud of the 2022 championship and winning the FF that most were saying the stars were lined up for Coach krybaby's swan song. Beating him in 88 was sweet as well. I think that's when he was a great coach and recruiting was different and he could really prepare those teams every year to make the FF. 7 times from 86 to 94 they made the FF and of course as I referred to finally got his ring.
The annoyance of Duke is present in the Laettner shot. Greatest shot ever we hear. Well it was nice, but really how was it better than Mario's, or Keith Smarts or the guy at Villanova or the double clutch 3 just seconds before by the Carolina guy? Christian hit his in an elite 8 game. I can't even remember other game winners to get to the FF, but there must be many as 4 teams make it every year. Tyus Edny, first round game buzzer beater in which his UCLA team doesn't win it all and freaking misery moves on and maybe makes their only FF ever. I'd say Tyus' shot is just as important and memorable.
Too many teams in the main conferences leads to not enough TV channels to show all the league games shoving more and more games to ESPN+, peacock, etc. So tomorrows headliner game between Iowa St and Marquette, #5 v. #6 is on ESPN+.
Hunters scoring, FG%, 3%, FT%, RB are down. His TO's, steals, and fouling are all trending in positive rates compared to the past. Could we get him back to 42% on 3's and 72% on FT's like he was at Michigan instead of 32 and 62 like he is this year, well that would help a lot. His rebounding this year dropping two per game over last year is a bit of a concern as well. He's huge, he should be grabbing boards like the past. The negativity associated with the Duke game will haunt him at a lot of B12 arenas in the months to come. He's going to need to toughen up mentally for that.
@BShark A little concerned about Mayo. He was amazing early on but his games against elite competition have been a little concerning. Hoping he's really not just a very good midmajor player.

Oregon surprising Bama yesterday and Houston loses in an upset of sorts finishing 4th in their tournament, yikes. Future opponent Creighton avoids UCONNs fate by winning the 7th place game in the same tournament.
Lot's of good games coming up this week. The B12/BigEast challenge starts. BIG starts league play this week with mid week games the next two weeks. ACC/SEC challenge takes place this week. BAMA/UNC and Auburn/Duke are the headliners on Wednesday.
