@kuballin10 In my humble opinion, KU offense flows much better when Juan is PG.
My issue is with your statement on calling his play as awful. I think it is too harsh and not justified.
@kuballin10 Calling Harris awful is a stretch and even harsh, guy is playing almost 40 nights in and out.
Has his game regressed a bit, yes, but look at the reasons. He has no backup. He cannot be super aggressive so not to get in foul trouble and he has to conserve energy to play almost 40 every game.
How will we look without him?

Kudos to Veatch, in just about 2 years he has put together a real solid group of young talented players on D side.
If EJ can just focus on D and not let his man score his offense will come with time.

My hope is that he can learn to guard without fouling.

The entire momentum changed when HD went to bench with two fouls and KU up by 16 with 3 some mins left in first half.
Players got lackadaisical and made few dumb plays and all of a sudden lead got cut to 8.
I thought as UCF was scoring Self should have taken a timeout but instead, he let them play while trusting that they will make stops.

I was just thinking how spoiled we as fans have become, recall Chiefs misery of 90s and 2000s.
Chiefs won AFC West again and are #3 seed while hosting a playoff game at home.
@kjayhawks I think as long as Mahomes is QB and Veatch can surround him with skilled players, Chiefs should be able to compete for SB.
I see this year as an exception, and I am confident that Chiefs brass will learn from it.
Keep posting on regular basis.
@kjayhawks Chiefs still have great talent. Their issues have been with drops and TOs, stupid stuff which can be fixed.
