Arkansas....WOOF
Hopefully they all scuttled back to Iowa.

27% for 3Pt shots
MSU 41% is what's kept them in it.
Turn this around and it should be a comfortable win. Given the seasonal average, there is a decent chance it happens.

Really bad close to the half. Also, 3 of 11 from 3........and most of them were good looks. We should have a comfortable lead.
Josh shot three of them to be fair. Mason and Graham being 0-2 sucks but is certaintly within the realm of variance. Hopefully more threes fall for KU next half.

Was the charge on Josh legit ?
It was the correct call, Josh had his foot in the restricted area.
I was wondering the same thing. Very poor close to the half for KU regardless. Just when it looked like KU might be able to keep them at arm's length.

I'm pretty nervous now.
This is a nervous kind of game! I was nervous for UConn last year, hopefully the same result this year...
Testify.
Not sure how much I'll be able to post in the thread, but getting it up.
LOSE ANGRY.
Down go Marsha and Quitter.
Onions from both teams.
Shamet taking over.
All these 5star players and it might just be the 4 year program player from Kentucky that pushes them through...
And yes Shamet is good! Not a knock on him at all.
KU didn't even bother. WSU may have just outrecruited BRUUUUUCE for him, not 100% sure on that but KSU did offer.
If either team could hit shots....LOL
Yeah that was a great quote.
There was a sequel this year, and it's hilarious/awesome.
If this KU team defended like WSU, we'd be the top team by far.
That said, it's not really that simple. A huge part of why WSU can defend so tightly is because they play a lot of players, and it's hard to find that many skilled offensive players that are also willing to buy in defensively.
So, where are the posters that didn't think WSU was good? Their defense is intense.
Game is a grind so far. I don't see a clear edge for either team.
B1G and ACC results have been very contrary to what many thought going in.
Touchdown mayjay unbelievable.
Two replies and two different answers. Ha!
For me, at least there is one loser.
Don't recall the last time I was on that site. And never bookmarked. The Wikipedia of sports.
Sooooo WSU vs UK. I'm torn.
Walton is a beast.
From what I did see of this game, the Wagner kid is a STUD. Did anyone else even recruit him? LOL
Prove em wrong BIFM, win the whole damn thing.
Yeah I only caught the very end as I switched to Man City vs Liverpool before halftime of the college game. Just wasn't a very appealing game to watch for me.
Louisville looking like a nightmare match-up for smaller teams.
It's just part of the puzzle. I look at the teams that 1s and 2s are playing this round and I'd certainly take playing MSU over SM or WSU for instance.
Look at the kind of recruits K gets. Grayson Allen, his long lost son. HA.
I was looking over the MSU v Miami box score. MSU was 72% on two point shots wow. Nick Ward was 8-9. Hopefully Lucas provides a little more opposition than Miami's interior.
Basically, MSU has three really good players and then...not much. Bridges and Ward are probably NBA guys, not as sure about Langford but he is a good college player.
Probably, which is why people going completely nuts over it is hilarious (I believe the all caps in my prior post gave it away as a bit tongue-in-cheek). He is 18, might be about a girl for all we know.
Michigan State is the third worst team remaining in the tournament based on Kenpom rankings. So you can't ask for much more out of a second game. You are going to play tougher teams as the tournament goes on, and KU has beat most teams they have played in this ranking range this year.

@BShark Yet their coach respects the HELL out of Self and the KU program. And I respect the HELL out of Izzo.
Yeah that just makes it weirder really.
Facts are hard.
"Also doesn't no help that as soon as our guy laid a finger on someone, a foul got called, but Purdue could get away with anything "
Okay I'm done now.
Sure enough, open a thread and ISU got screwed.
One nugget: We really got every bad break possible and still could have won the game. I'm sick for these guys though. They really got screwed and never quit.
ISU fans won't let something so silly as facts get in the way of complaining.
Indeed.
I'm not going to read the MSU forums. Checking them once the last time we played was enough to know their vernacular consists of referring to Self as "Dollar Bill". BECAUSE HE BUYS PLAYERS GET IT HAHAHA SO FUNNY AND CLEVER.
I don't post there, just reading.
Could not believe what I was reading from the fans of a double digit loss team.
I think KU will win tomorrow, but I don't think it's 100% and MSU will be very tough.
TIME TO HOP ON CYFAN. THEY WERE JUST SURE THEY WOULD GET TO KC AND BEAT KU.
MORE REVIEWS! YAY!!!!
Lol at how long these reviews take.
Unreal!
With you :100: brother.
