I still have work that fills about half my days, but I actually feel busier than usual. It's weird. Maybe because my wife is working at home too... and there seems to be so many meals to make, and the DISHES.

During the extra time during the day...

Planted a bunch of in-ground lettuce and some potted tomatoes. Not enough sun for a big garden.
Started painting again (I do have a degree in fine art, LOL)
Running more miles
Probably drinking more beer... well, maybe the same, but at home instead of out at a brewpub (picking up growlers and cans from a local breweries each week).

I've been really uninspired by most of the TV streaming series except for some British stuff (End of the F***ing World, Flea Bag, Happy Valley, Sex Education). Too much violence, crime, drug cartel stuff in all the American dramas (seems out of touch at this point), and the British acting is just so much better. Less violence. More sex. Better acting. Easy trade.

Also... extra walks with the dog. She seems pretty happy with the pack situation.

IMO, he's going to set a bunch of teeth rattling screens, block shots, drain some threes and frustrate opponents (and their fans) more than any KU big man in a long time. (Lucas, Withey, Marcus combo)

If one sentence shows what a joke this whole lawsuit is, it's gotta be this:

9-18 months. "Opening the country" means JACK SQUAT until we have fast widespread testing available (or a vaccine/cure). Nothing has changed since the first known case. Imagine a social reboot with a half a million known carriers instead of just a handful. It boggles the mind.

Raef deserves the win, although I picked Withey over LaFrentz. Loved Raef's game, but his teams were the most talented yet underperforming tournament teams in my memory. Just kind of left me with a "meh" feeling about him and that whole late 90's era. So many great players with nothing to show for it.

Withey on the other hand... warm fuzzzy memories of his defense during that tournament run in 11-12

LOL at the Morris Matchup and the number of years Perry Ellis played @wissox.

Doing my part. Went on a 3-day Caribbean cruise last week (planned from last July. Took a chance and went. Probably wouldn't this week). Flew home with some lady coughing behind me on the plane the entire time from Miami. Repacked my bags and drove half way across the country to self-quarantine in a beachfront house on the outer banks.

Ran my usual 5 miles (on the beach for a change) this morning after taking this shot of my pup from the deck. Pretty sure I'm OK.

It's been rough, but I'm doing what I can to avoid crowds.
