@rockchalkjayhawk not sure about here but there are quite a few that like our chances.-- Statistically pretty een across the board. - We rebound better -more assists , shoot the three better shoot better overall,-- Arkansas has a history of going through some long stretchs without scoring. -- Their leading rebounder is only 5.1 per.

Gonna be a close game for sure, but if we don't come out and just have our head deep in our own a - - and play solid defense I think we will come out on top.- - Gonna have to watch Boogie, but not sure how well , or how long he can go- -been out for two months. @drgnslayr I'm probably wrong for this way of thinking but it is what it is I reckon. My train of thought is most of the time we go into this tourney as a high seed-- a -- one- or two something like that , which adds motivation to the other team & just adding pressure for us to preform well just expected to win every year.

Well this year it's just the opposite , no one is expecting squat- nothing , -- -so actually w should come in and be able to play loose -- just let it fly , pressure this year is going to be on the opponent , again nobody thinking jack about us, We are usually the Hunted - -this year we can be the Hunter. Go out have fun , laugh , enjoy the opportunity to be the spoiler. Actually have heard some analyst say KU could very well be the sleeper in the tourney, If we play like we could then might make a little run. Every win is a bonus , we are playing with House Money. -Why Not ?

So if Bill wants to go the route of more Bigs which has been hinted at , there goes any thoughts of run , run , and run some more

He hasn't entered yet but be kind of interesting to see what happens w were in on him from high School and that would be Bryson Tucker top 30 High Schol prospect. Was watching podcast he went to Indiana ?- -- might be worth taking another look at

Well NCAA has done it again, just royally screwed West Virginia right out of their bid.

Just Beyond stupid a lot of people are up in arms and not just West Virginia fans- - Big Twelve fans are too and a lot of talk across the Nation the reason, instead who was the last team picked to get in ?= = --- -- North Carolina- - -N Carolina who had a grand total of ONE quad one win-- -ONE ! ! ! - -North Carolina went 1-- -12 in Quad One games played,- -West Virginia ? - - West Virginia had SIX quad one wins. --Just so happens N Carolina's Bubba Cunnigham happens to be the Chairman of this dam thing- - Imagine that - -WOW. As a matter of fact West Virginia's Six Quad One wins was more the other THREE teams N Carol - - San Diego St - - & Xavier- put those three teams together and combined those three had FIVE QUAD ONE WINS - -W V had SIX by themselves

If that's not bad enough the NCAA Committee decided to screw them even more by adding the two bottom tier from the SEC- - Two Teams that lost two thirds of their Conference games- -They put Texas and Oklahoma in and left WV out.- - These two teams went 6-1 in the League and West Virginia went 8-- 10 in the Big Twelve , on top of that not only did they put Texas in the tourney with a 6=12 record in Conference-- , they didn't even put them in a play in game- -they shoved them in as a NINE seed - -not even close to a play

The system is broke, and they need to move these old farts out of there and get someone who knows how to evaluate teams- -West Virginia GOT SCREWED big time

Dam not a good Thursday Night / Friday.-- Thursday Night during and afterwards from the game , was having this stabbing pain from my arm pit to my elbow on my left side, not good but just tried to ignore it.

Fridy morning it started in again only harder, and on top of that my BP was whacked , as I knew that as I've had this issue for ever, they got me on all kind of medication for that , for high and low BP both.

Well time to take the dog out but felt like I was going to pass out so I went down to the floor till I felt safe to get back up /stand up , let the dog in managed to get back to the living room told the wife he dog eas all here to kennel up and just collapsed in the recliner .

I guess I passed out, as the wife said she yelled at me- -screamed- -hollered-- hit me on my chest -- and nothing from me, turned a pale grayish/white she said.-- -So I finally came back around she called AMR they came did a EKG , and told the supervisor my Heartbeat was racing all over the place.-- Well normally they ask if I wanted my wife to drive me in , or if I felt like I needed to go-- -not THIS TIME , they just said where we going? Then preceded to just pick me up , got me on the stretcher and off we went.

Long story short Hospital Doc ran CT Scan on my head- - -Chest X Ray- -EKG'S-- and blood work multiple times- - plus some test multiple times to check enzymes' to see if building up in my heart that could damage the heart,-- All came back good , and the DR said another case of where I had went into AFIB- - He said I definitely was in AFIB when I came in and some how managed to get my heart back to normal.-- I got really lucky.

Referred me back to my Cardiologist , said we might need to adjust the settings on my Pace Maker, cause I didn't get shocked when this happened , cause they ran a report on my pace maker it said yes for sure in AFIB -- - Relly scared the hell out of me

@Kcmatt7 Ya sweeps are really hard to get. I'm not concerned unless one becomes two and two becomes three & I just don't see that happening with this group.

333 - - -463 -- 316- -- 380 - - -333- - -318-- - -382 I didn't get the last one , missed it but those are some pretty impressive avg.- -Also 4th in the Nation with 45 home runs-- scoring right at 10 runs per game, I don't care who your playing that's pretty Damm good.

@wissox There was quite a bit of talk about WV getting left out - especially with N Carolina only having ONE Quad ONE win

Well KU goes to 17- - -2 on the Season and 2- - 0 in the Big Twelve beating Baylor today 14 --- - 7.-- KU hit FIVE MORE HOME RUNS today and now have hiy 42 Homers on the Season--- this team can flat put up some runs- -love it, GO FOR the Sweep tomorrow.

Well the guys opened Big Twelve play impressive- - 9-- -1 KU over Baylor, we are now 16 - -2 - Baylor is now 13-- -4.- Opening game in Big 12, Baylor ended up with 5 hits, but two of those coming in the ninth-- great pitching by KU.-- - KU had 9 hits- - -- 8 for extra bases.-- Great start to the Conference guys
