What if UBI saved the Republican Party from its current dystopian state? What if it works so well that the economy rebounds and centrists like Romney adopt it as their permanent platform, after he gets reelected. What if we come out the other side of this with a strengthened centrist faction of the Republican Party, willing to negotiate and put the country first, with an economic agenda that appeals to the middle? What if they even campaign against Trump in the election... AND WIN??? I'm just dreaming. It's a beautiful dream.

I went into this debate thinking that Bernie has a moment with the Coronavirus crisis that would make his agenda look prescient. Now as I watch, I'm thinking how this moment, like after 9-11, is a moment where we can put partisanism aside and we don't need an extremist.

His highlight reels show a very creative player. The kid seems woke. Him, Braun and Garrett is a fantastically smart core of handlers.
I've actually been largely ok with the way this season ended, minus a few moments of self pity for the guys. Whether we were forced or not, it's a noble thing to put aside personal aspirations for the greater good and we got to do that. I think it's a good lesson for everyone and we are better for it.
Now if we could get the messaging right about social distancing before everyone infects everyone else anyway, and make our sacrifice for naught...

@BShark and there's the magic word. Chemistry. We called it before the season. No egos. Team unity. I loved the camera panning across the team as Doke spoke at senior night. Yeah. He called their language a little dirty. There were different personalities. They weren't all best friends but they were brothers in arms.
