Read article today KU football : Athlon came out with their 1st team Conference picks.--KU has FOUR, yes that's right FOUR picked on 1st team. Mercy when is the Lat time has that happened ? - -Has that EVER happened ?

JD Devin , Mitch & Jacobee --all 1st team picks - -perspective , K/State has TWO. - -now I kind of disagree with that but still KU with FOUR 1st TEAM , just another sign of how Coach is turning things around.-- The quality of players we recruiting now -were getting multiple 4* recruits in for visits - -when the lat time that happened?- -We in the pat would be lucky if they even returned calls or talked to us period.

Yet ANOTHER sign of Change : 247 Sports listed the top 11 Dynamic QB'S in the Nation - they had a list of over two dozen QB'S , part of what was put into how they ranked the QB'S was : Film review, & reporting advanced number's from the PFF.

Jalen is rated as the FIFTH most Dynamic QB in the Nation , Jalen helped lead KU to the most 3rd down conversion rate.- -when faced with 3rd and managable Jalen convertedd on 50.6 % of the time to lead the Big 12.- -Just anothre sign of changing times. - Sure is nice to be able to look forward to fotball again, might be fun. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Frank's own social media accounts explain what happened and ot once was KU mentioned as being involved in this situation.

Frank had his stuff in storage in Sacramento while he was playing in France. His unit didn't get paid at some point and stuff went to auction. It's sadly a fairly common occurrence for stuff like this to happen where someone loses their storage unit while overseas. He probably had it set to autopay with an account, that account got updated, changed, etc. and payments stopped and after awhile, his unit was sold off.

According to the Article Frank Mason III says , his collegiate awards are being auctioned off by his Alma Mater without his consent.

The Article says the former Kansas star won the Bob Cousy award , Big 12 Player of the Year, First team All American , and the College Player of the Year award, along with 4 straight Big 12 titles.

All of the awards are set to be auctioned off this month despite Franks appeal to the University.

WTF - if this is true , then it's total BS on the University's part , NOT a good look at all. and like some comments below the Atricle said , and yet people think KU cares about their players. - Um ya if this is right, then they are total crap. - -Seriously your doing this to a kid that gave 1000% to play for the University and this is how we repay him? - - Really ? - I hope this isn't right.- -makes me lose respect for the Basketball program

OK Whew so an update have seen - evidently these items were in some storage unit and a sports memorabilia company bought his storage unit and is trying to Auction off his stuff seeing how as Frank hasn't been making his storage payments, Like another said if Anything his alma mater would step up and take care of it - -WHEW that's a relief thought that was really kind of a really weird look - just really couldn't see that happening

Well I know Kevin was pretty set on not returning, chances are still is pretty set against a return ,BUT he sure didn't help his MBA chances with his performance during his scrimmages. - For the two games Kevin shot 30 % from the field and went 0-3 from the three had a 3 .0 Rpg and 2.5 Steals -- those are not NBA type numbers for sure - -after preforming like this and getting feed back -who knows , He has till the end of the month to withdraw. I just can't see him getting a lot of interest with numbers like that.

Also read Kevin was one of the guys , that didn't do any measurements OR he didn't do any of the athletic testing, hmmmm - - -wonder why not ? - you would think not doing the athletic testing would damage his changes even further. Maybe not.

I also know different situation for Jalen but he didn't really help himself either in scrimmages. - -He shot 26.6 from the field and 20 % - -3 pt % - -those won't win many over. -measured like 6'5.5 in with socks, I think we had him listed at 6'7 in School -- he had like a 31.5 standing vrtical - -& a 35 inch vertical - -ehhh- -no wonder he didn't dunk that much. - -Did anyone ever see him dunk in a game while at KU ? - just curious

Final 247 portal rankings came out. Udeh was # 15 , talked about not to let the low numbers fool ya , that Udeh would be a really solid pickup for some program. - - Udeh has 3 CB'S for Duke right now , an Duke inside said that K/State and TCU were not feeling very confident about Udeh making his visits with them

Sounds like they are pretty excite about Udeh , nice get for them , like was stated Udeh is gonna be a solid player

I mean he didn't play here and it doesn't seem like he was gonna play here. I figured high majors would take fliers on other guards and not one who's suffered two knee injuries in 2 seasons. Udeh's recruiting pedigree is way better and also he showed way more on the court so I'm not surprised that he has high major attention. Same with zuby

Again with being hurt the majority It's just awfully hard to judge when you haven't actually seen him play. I haven't seen him play either so I can't say he is better or not, but I can't just automatically say he isn't capable of playing at this level. I'm glaad he did hook up with Syracuse and hope he does really well. Yet you can't say Udeh showed way better--cause Kyle didn't get the chance to show, - but it's ok I for one thinks Kyle is gonna be just fine

Guys things are getting really crazy , things are going to get even more whacked. Lots of wheels in motion , The Pac !@ had their meetings a couple of weeks ago - -Big 12 was in same motel a couple weeks ago both in Arizona. -The way the quote was Stated and told .

One P-5 university President from the Pac 12 said - - It's not going to stay still , it's just a matter of WHEN. Aaron Torres a so called insider/reporter for the Pac 12 said that he had talked to a parent of a recruit that was at a current Pac 12 School literally this week, The Coaching Staff of that School told him - - -We don't expect to be in the Pac 12 by the time you get here.

The Pac 1 is crumbling - - has been now mentioned that Washington and Oregon have been Vented & Cleared by the BIG to join BUT yet the BIG doesn't want to be the bad guy to throw the Pac 12 down the toilet People saying going to be a very interesting Summer. -- The next wave is coming , They said Pac 12 may be close to TV deal which could be Apple and MAYBE they come close to Big 12 payout BUT the thing is it very well might be 80 % streaming and this is something for sure the Schools do not want.

As far as the Big 12 possibly between the 14th & 16 that they would be having Big 12 expansion talks and could have or could be solidified in a matter of weeks possibly end of the Month.
Now I AM NOT crazy about names being tossed around - -possible expansion - teams not worth a crap doesn't do anything for the league but some names being tossed around , other then the 4 corner schools are : - -San Diego St , UNLV , U Conn , Memphis , then others further down the pecking order - - -SMU , & Fresno St - - umm no thanks.

Ahh but now the plot thickens even further, very well a mutiny on the Horizon -- A lot and I do mean A LOT of ACC teams are very disgruntled and wanting to leave the ACC, , now the issue is their GOR which runs till 2036 BUT the way it's stated is that IF there are enough schools wanting to leave - -then the GOR is mute/void - - right now 7 teams want out - -if there is 8 schools then you have what you need for the GOR to be void

Then if that Happens you have ACC possibilities, you look at or you go for Brand and then Travel - ESPN doesn't want to lose the ACC might re neogiate would be a possibility but things are heating up all over the place - you might add 2 teams from the PAc most say Arizona & Colorado - -and 2 from the ACC - like Pitt & Louisville has been very poplar --most think that NC goes to the BIG- oh so many tings going o

School that he was recruited by coming out of High School ; - Alabama , Georgia , Oklahoma , Oregon , Texas A & M , USC - originally committed to Tennessee with change of staff, got to love this addition

Hey Farmer, saw where Mikey Pauley Neb QB transferred in to KU, I guess walk on - -but I don't get it. We have Jalen , Jason , Ben , - -why?- -plus we got our stud coming in 24 - I just don't get that move , he not going to see the field here. We are being considered by better , higher quality , higher ranked , more athletic platers. These are guys that years back and even recent years that would of even given us the time of day. I'm talking high quality 4 * players and were in the mix , now will we get a butt load of them - - I'm sure we won't - yet we could get 1 - -2 - -& maybe even 3 and just keep getting better and better. The NIl is turning College sports into a big free Agency. - Hunter stated in an article that NIL was an increase in his pay---- over Michigan, saying that there was nobody in the room would not take a 10,000 dollar increase. - It's all about the biggest bidder. you can say what you want but bottom line is now - - It's not about a School , it's not about a Coach - -it's all about the money.

So now it's time to say it's a dam good thing we get to play games this summer. a time so ALL these ne guys get a chance to meet their new team mates, and try to get some kind of chemistry going, you can have all the talent in the world but if players not bonded or have a feel for his team mate then what good does it do to have all that talent - When will e gon play I know summer but what is it like Jike August or around there ?

Seeing the same thing I have been thinking now and saying. Read from other people I am just really thinking/ how this whole thing plays out in the future. Others also saying and I just have a feeling this might have some effect in the future-- future recruits how is this going to effect Bills future recruitment with HS players. - I truly feel this just MIGHT come back and bit him right square in the ass.

These guys gonna have a whole different look/approach about how they feel about Coach- -well actually might be the parents looking at Coach differently , recruit my kid and talk about how they are gonna be a fixture in the program and then not even get the chance to prove that they are that fixture - - being recruited over - not a good look. - you can snicker, laugh deny whatever but it could happen- it could VREY EASILY happen. - like another here said no need to try and get to know players anymore cause they are not going to be here long enough.

I can rmembe a time not that long ago when fans were hollering at higher ranked kids - saying they don't stay long enough to care about - how the players weren't even un packing their suit cases , how it was hard to connect with them and how the kid couldn't be invested in the program when they one and done - - - -WELL hard for a player to connect when they are here for a year- -a kid you know that would be a three - -four yr guy that develops - example Doke - -McCormack - -Och how they progressed got bette through the years - -I just think could have some implicatins on down the line

We want to build the best team every year and a mcd’s guy isn’t sold on playing 10 minutes a game his sophomore year i get it.

That was one of the big thigs I liked about Bill his developing of players but this is BS
