They been talking about how KU got screwed on their bracket today. -How in the hell do you rank Houston as a higher seeded # 1 then KU. -- this year the NCAA said that Houston had or was 15 -2 in Quad 1 & Quad 2 wins - they took into consideration. - Like they said KU was 21-7 against Quad one with no Quad two. - - Houston had a loss to a Quad 3.
Then they said well They took into account - That Houston lost to Memphis they played without Sasser. - -Which the others said that's fine they could understand BUT KU lost to a higher Ranked team without Kevin. Then they said well they took into account they didn't know if KU would have Coach Self - Again fine but can you tell us that Houston is going to have Sasser for their game ?
We brought out how the NCAA stressed the importance of Quad ! wins was - if your gonna combine Quad 2 & Quad 1 wins - then why should teams schedule such hard non games if your not gonna value the Quad 1's more -- why not just go out and schedule nothing but Quad 2's. - -Again Houston has horrible Quad 3 loss
Then the guys brought up according to the advanced stats -KU has the worst chance of reaching the final four of any # 1 seed since the advanced metrics in the last 20 years. - Saying how hard the West Region obviously the hardest region easily this year - Stating UCLA - - Gon ZAGA - - -& another hd better chance to reach the final four according the metrics then KU out of our region. - -They were going off - - but a lot of good points - -KU should of NEVE been dropped lower then Houston on # 1 seeds. - -Ya Ku got blown out by Texas - -BUT Houston got their ass whipped too, would of been different if they had won. - I thought I was feeling a little sore and why I was hanging onto my ankles

Well thats good to hear, I mean we know he won't be 100 % - but if we can get some meaningful minutes , his defense is a must for us to advance, it's just a must we got to get Grady going more and get something out of Juan - he has JUST GOT to be aggressive mode - pretty simple - he is aggressive scores in double figures- --we win -- he comes out like he does in games like Texas we screwed
We have a tough Bracket , Arkansas & Illnois both decent teams but feel like they are no beter then teams from the Big 12 Texas , Baylor K/State.- I think if we can get Kevin Back , If Juan comes out with some purpose /intensity - -our defense could be a big lift.
The Sweet Sixteen/ Great Eight would be a challenge - St Marys or U Conn I think will be a Challenge --- but could be worse. We just have to come out and be aggressive from the word go.
Rotation starting 5 -then Udeh - - Joe Keep Bobby on the dam bench-- don't think you will see much if any MJ- just still seems lost -- looks lik alot of 7 man rotation

Bottom line is Texas is just a terrible matchup for us - - KJ had no answer for Desu inside almost like taking candy from a baby. Not a knock on KJ but just it is what it is.
Teams like Texas in the tourney is teams that are going to give us hell - just bad match ups.

they have inconsistencies - when they run up against team that matchs length/height they are in trouble- - somebody like Duke Lively and Fel - would eat them up right now - don't beleive me all you have to do is watch Duke now compared to early in the year--that team is dangerous

Well my friends I don't want to be a possible future Debbie Downer but A team I really don't want to match up with at this present moment in the NCAA's 7 that my friends is DUKE.. Yes I realize we have already beaten them this year, and not saying we couldn't again BUT thing is this DUKE team now is not who we played early in the Season.
Duke is now the team a lot of people thought they would be in the beginning. - when we played them it was the Tip Off Classic - a bunch of Duke Freshmen , and players hurt . Now with Lively , Whitehead , and Felp - -what's his name , now they might as well say Soph' - and they are healthy -just saying guys they are a dangerous teams guys - just a bad matchup - -Length , Height - playing really good defense - -but if that happens it happens - ew just got to take whoever right one game at a time - -just ssaying this is one team I would like to stay away from as long as possible
