Well like the announcers said last night The packers have some of the most consertive Dr's in the league. - - -They obviously felt he was good to go , although they gonna run some more tests today. - - -Like was also brought up today he didn't get hit once the 2nd half - Packers changed their scheme at half also quicker releases shorter routes to start out with. - The ol boy that just killed then in the 1st half had ONE tackle the 2nd half - -ONE.

It was also brought up Aaron knew at most he had probably 4 opportunities in the 2nd half to get bring the team back soooo - - Fg - - TD - - - TD - - -TD PERIOD. - - basically like they said playing on one leg - - scrambling the 2nd half? - - psssst which is a HUGE part of his game - - -gone, he was a pocket passer. That pass he planted to Allison - couldn't have been thrown any better by anybody and he does this time after time only last night it was basically one leg - you could see him favoring it bad at times.

Like they brought up they said Aaron has 100 Million Guaranteed money - the way of looking at is look we are down 20-0 do we take the chance of putting him in - -get hit again - -and possibly lose him for a long time or the Season? - this is the 1st game - Aaron has his money whether he plays or not. - Yet he said playing behind Brett Favre you learn a lot as he was talking about Brett's streak without missing a game. - - He said this is what we get paid to do , you play through pain you become the leader - That's why once again a lot of NFL commentators - -players - -Coach's say that his is elite at the top if not the best right there at the top with the best. -- He didn't hesitate he said I WILL be playing Sunday - -we shall see but the guy is just unreal - Not many can do what he has done in his career

@kjayhawks Hello Pooka. - - - kid is a stud - -streak is OVER. - -let's not wet ourselves though - -competition gonna be a lot better - -BUT 6 TURNOVERS - -we only had 4 interceptions all of last year - - 4 today.

@kjayhawks This just might be our only legit chance of a Win for the year. - Certainly a game of bad versus even worse.. - I wish I could get excited about the Defense today - -and today I can , then I come back to reality and realize to this point anyways the team we are playing has a lot to do with it. - CMU is bad - -really bad.

It figures when we get a higher ranked player - -here comes eligibility this is how things go for a really struggling program. The kid sticks with his commitment and then more then likely ineligible - I know it hasn't been said yet but I too think that is probably the case.

I predicted a KU win last week so really hesitant this week especially after a CMU loss to Kentucky. - They give up 300 yds rushing to Kentucky which means we get maybe 200 - -because of our line. - Bottom line is our O-Line just has to get it together or it will be a long - - long - - long season.

Having said that I guess I'll say 21-20 KU

Well heard the podcast yesterday. I guess I'm not only losing my mind BUT - - -also losing my eye sight. These guys all they could do is gush all over themselves about Braum.

Said the kid is definitely not afraid of the weight room - -boy face but put together I guess. Well the ladies not doing to bad.- - Women's Soccer team is 5-0-2 - -kind of sad in a way though hold a team to ONE shot on your goal but still can't win - ends in a tie - Yet still unbeaten.

The Women's Volleyball team went to 4-2 today plays again tonight. Play again tonight at 7 - going to be a challenging yr hope they stand up and show America we are here to stay - boy though we missing some huge pieces from last years team - -like Kelsie and a couple of others I'm still pulling for them

Have we done that yet? It seems that if we are innocent, we will want to push for the truth being discovered.

Buddy I don't think we are going to hear anything on DeSousa's situation until the FBI wraps their crap up and turns things over to the NCAA, - I think the NCAA is waiting for the FBI to finish so they can have something more to go off of. My biggest and only question here is - - -WHY? especially at this point and time? - I'm sorry I just don't get it. - I know , I know - - people say not to make anything out of things like this , that's great BUT I'm telling you this kind of thing makes me really wonder if the Coaching staff has gotten a feel or some kind of info that we have possibly lost ground or even lost our other targets of Earle and or Hurt.

I mean this is 4 - - - -- 4 players at the same position now that they are listed - - all are listed as power forwards. If I were a player at that position it would make me wonder if I were their # 1 target as they so often tell these kids - WHY are they recruiting so many other's at my same position?

I get it that you have to have more then one option - - I get that. Two - -hell even remotely Three - - - BUT Four? - -na that just doesn't make much sense to me - -especially at this stage of the game - -UNLESS the staff knows something that has been leaked. So I have a question. - This new thing that the KU athletic dept is going to do the thing with ESPN plus where we now can watch these additional games that have been blacked out for a lot of us in Kansas that were shown on Channel 38 but like people in Topeka which is me couldn't see - - - -So know ESPN Plus is going to now carry those right? And you pay like what 4.99 a month for it right? - - -The thing is I'm thinking of doing it so I can see late night and these games that have been blacked out - -So this is something that will be shown over the inner net right? - it won't be some TV channel right - -just a link on the inner net correct? - -See I know that sounds stupid sorry but just trying to find out - -if I pay this is it over the inner net OR is it for another channel on the TV ? - can some one help this slow understanding guy I would appreciate it . So I've been reading from different sites and such and yes even though it's still early just wanted to discuss on a different thread. I'm looking at 4 our very legit possibilities of being future Basketball players for us in 2019 and wanting to give my thoughts as of today and my final predictions and would like to hear where how you think the final outcome will be. The 4 are most have been mentioned the most - -mostly focused are: JRE - - Matthew Hurt - - Zeke Nnaji- - -& Samuell Williamson so my thoughts and predictions are:

JRE : - - # 17 ranking according to 247 - - There are some people who are bringing North Carolina as the main rival in this - -which I believe is true. - -Some say/see it as a Negative that he transferred to IMG right? - - -I still don't think this is that big of Deal , the guy was at Bishop Meige for his first three years in School and they won three State titles. - I believe first and foremost that Robinson-Earle did transfer out for the purpose more then anything to be able to improve his skills - - compete against better competition - - I don't think this has nothing to do with anything else , like people who are saying that it's because he has cooled on KU - or because of North Carolina - -My prediction: - -I think JRE is probably our most secure - -safest bet on a recruit for 2019 - -I'm not worried about him what so ever - -Just like with Devon last yr -you all know how long I was riding that float - people started fretting about Florida - I feel the same about JRE - -I just believe he will truly be in the Crimson & Blue next year. Earle starts his visits this weekend. Goes to Norte Dame - -then to Villanova on Sept 14th - - -N Carolina on Sept 21st ( we shall see if any buzz from the Analysts comes after that) - -right now 247 still shows JRE at 100% for KU -Jerry Meyer is the lead on JRE. - -Then he goes to Late Night in the phog on Sept 28th right here BABY - then finishes at Arizona on October 12th - -as my boy Aaron Rogers Said to panicky fans - -RELAX lol - I think it's done and he will be right here next year.

Matthew Hurt : # 6 ranking according to 247- - Well here it seems that the two that might play the most for Hurt are KU and Kentucky. Now 247 shows KU at a 83% CB - -I must of missed a prediction , cause last I knew we were at 77% - - but shows us at 83% - -- Minnesota at 8 % - and undecided at 8 % - -hasn't been any predicts for Kentucky yet - but you know that will change. - -Kentucky board rats are convinced that they are almost a certainty that they will end up with him - -Since Coach Cal has his in home visit-- -plus now his AAU teammate Zeke Nnaji is going to take a Visit to UK they think their chances are even better. - - - Myself ? Again - -ya there just might be a little something to worry about I feel , I'm still pretty confident , I know Hurt loved playing for Self at the games this Summer - The thing that might worry me is I'm beginning to think Hurt is going to be a Spring predict , he still hasn't listed any visits which is another reason I feel he might wait till Spring and I think if he waits our chances might dip some - in favor of Kentucky. Evan Daniels is the lead on Hurt. - -My Prediction? - - -I still think in the end he lands here , he has seen how he can play on the floor with JRE at the same time -- He said he loved playing for Coach Self was the best time of his life he said - if I had to give % right now I'd probably say like 80% KU - -20 % UK - - hope I'm right - I really like this guy.

Samuell Williamson : #41 ranking according to 247- - This one I think is the 2nd easiest one for me to say where. I just think with his family having all gone here right? - -Him saying this is his dream School and giving all the positive thoughts reasons why he could fit here - -umm ya. -- He is in the process of taking his visits - -Visited here this past weekend , I am kind of wondering was hoping he would announce right after - but still like a lot of other guys - you can't blame a kid for taking their 5 visits gives them a chance to travel and check things out. So he is at Texas A & M this weekend for his visit - -Sept 14th he is at Louisville - - - then Sept 21st he goes to Oklahoma - - and then on October 5th - he finishes at Texas Tech. Now just because he has 5 official visits listed doesn't mean he will end up taking all 5 others have listed 5 but announced before. I'm not to sure but that might very well be the case here. Believe it or not IF there is someone that is close to fighting us giving us even the least trouble - -I think it could be Texas Tech- - - Right now 247 has Williamson at 100 % KU my Prediction -you know - -he will come.

Zeke Nnaji : # 30 ranking according to 247- - This one STILL puzzles me - -I know people saying he is a back up plan -- back up plan for who? Out of the 4 that I'm talking about this is the guy I DON'T think will end up here. I do think even if Hurt and Earle come he could STILL come and be a good player for us. - -Starter or 1st of the bench at their position maybe not - but I think he would be a really solid player and I think he could help for sure probably a 3 yr player. I think he more likely then not would be Kentucky as their back up plan when Hurt doesn't commit to them and they offer Zeke. - - Brian Snow is the lead on Zeke - -right now 247 has Zeke at 75% KU - -Wisconsin at 12 % & Indiana at 12 %. -- My predictionI think he doesn't become a Jayhawk - I would love it if he did - -just don't think he will see it if we land JRE & Hurt both - more likely Kentucky if they offer and I think they will. - -welp there it is , would love to hear what you think and where you think these 4 will end up let me know - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Kind of along the lines you talk about. - There has been talk like with this yrs class , this isn't as deep of a class as far as talent but yet that a school can take a player in the 40-50 range that is still going to be a pretty good talented kid - so you could very easily see that more especially this year

Barrett is at Duke right now, as in on their team and will play this year. I think you got something confused here.

I watched some of his highlights and I'm trying to jedi mind trick myself but I just don't see it.

Williams and Herbert running stats are somewhat deceiving. Herbert had 61 yards in 12 carries but one of the carries was a 23 yard which skews the average; if you take that one run he is 38 yard in 11 carries or 3.5 yards per carry. Williams is similar since he had 35 yards in 6 carries but 23 of those came in one carry so the other 12 came on 5 carries or 2.4 yards per carry.

The offensive line was...well...offensive, the Bender hardly had any time to throw and was sacked 6 times. The defense showed some potential at times and Dinnen had a great game with 16 including 12 solo tackles but he also had a very costly face mask penalty.

Actually the face mask penalty wasn't on Dineen. Beaty corrected that last night , saying that in the game book it showed it was him - - Beaty even said it was him in his post game but - -he said last night that actually the penalty was on Kyron Johnson - I mean very true it was a face mask and it was very costly - just wasn't on Dineen. - -one of the few bright spots ONCE AGAIN for the defense. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

So when is enough is enough ? My opinion that ship sailed long ago the writer says. The longer the school allows Beasty to screw up this program and even more so these kids , the longer it will take any Coach that's worth his salt to fix it.

Next week as another bottom tier team makes KU look like they belong in a flag football program. These kids want to play football - - -they want to win. Having Beaty on the sidelines will never give these kids what they deserve. There is absolutely NO REASON for this DIEASE to continue any longer.

All we hear is a bunch of crap about how our O-Line is bigger - - older and more experienced - yet at the end of the day 6 sacks - - fricken 6 sacks against an FCS team. - GOOD GOD. - like I said it ALL starts with the offensive line -- we have no offensive line PERIOD. - what a joke. - Then we have a QB that couldn't win a snail's race got a ton of cement around his feet - that spells diaster. - No O-Line - -A QB that is a diaster looking for a place to happen - well he found his spot - DAVID BOOTH FIELD.
