I'm real close to giving up on college sports altogether. I have lots of projects, a big yard, and a boat to go try and catch a fish now and then. "They're" making it too damn complicated to be a fan anymore.

I've been a KU fan(atic) probably for longer than most of you have been on the planet.
This is the weirdest, most frustrating season I've ever experienced. I just don't give a crap anymore. Since the game starts at 9:00 CST (if it starts on time) I may watch 30 minutes. 5:30 am still comes early.
If we lose, better luck next year. If we make it to the championship game (we won't) I'll probably only watch it if the game doesn't start too late.
The one year players, the portal, the NIL, it's all added up to I just don't care anymore.
This is from a guy who taped (VHS) games and rewatched them about 10 times back in the day.
IMO there is nothing elite about this team. I'm leaving my crimson and blue goggles off for this one.

@kjayhawks I've already cashed in my chips and hoping Coach gets things figured out and will re-group and be back to "normal" Kansas basketball next year.
@kjayhawks I just believe we're seeded too high because our name is Kansas. We're not a good team this year. Yes, we beat some highly ranked teams early on, but they could have been rated too high as well. I don't think we will fare well in
the tournament.

This won't be a popular statement, but it's my honest opinion.
That we are a 4 seed is an abomination ro the game. There is no way we should be higher than a 13 seed.
This is an awful college basketball team.
