Yes, yes, yes. TD
Hishaw for the 1st down

Been able to watch the 2nd half. Unfortunate momentum killer with the lightning delay. I wonder if they’ll review the oob catch? They’ve got time to look it over and decide. D has been playing well though.
The play was reviewed and confirmed as incomplete
KU pass defense sucks: 8 completions for 208 yds
TD, nice start to the 2nd half
This opening drive is important. Great so far. Got to tie this game up
Kelse town is putting the whoop on Houston at the half. 24-0
D stop. Great. Now, Neal left, Neal right and Neal up the middle.
Neal 70yds, 11 rushes, TD.
But, JD has been running for his life on every play. Our line isn't giving him any protection
Ugh! This is like 4 years ago when it was a difficult decision to even watch the game. I wish Daniels would get benched after his first TO and at least see if a more steady, less risk taking Cole Ballard might be the best option for a win now. Our running game is so strong, I would like to see mostly running plays and then just use the pass to keep the dbacks off the line of scrimmage. Daniels just isn't running the run/pass option well, so unless he improves the first Q, please Lance let's try something different.
I believe Kelse is getting fewer targets as a way of making sure he's available for big games and the playoffs. It's a long, long season. At 34, 3-4 targets the first 10-12 games seems about right. Or, maybe trainer Mickey was right when he told Rocky "women weaken legs."
@AsadZ But, the previous play where the Chiefs passed for the first down, then had a penalty for hands to the face was "lucky" for the Bengals. I don't like when penalties make a difference in the game either, but it was clearly pass interference so it's worse if KC loses on a non-call.
Nice opening drive. Running the ball between the tackles. Got the lead, now the defense needs another 3 and out.
2 TOs just isn't going to work against the Bengals
Nice 3rd series. Rashee Rice with the nice sidelines TD catch.
Let's go Chiefs. Please throw the ball down field in this second series.
Eating but not enjoying humble pie today: before the season I complained about playing Lindenwood falsely believing KU's program no longer needed to schedule a much smaller school. Now, I thank the genius who scheduled Lindenwood.
Our tackling just sucks
Plenty of time for 7
Now, 3 and out or a TO please
Solid game by JD. Keep it up
Nice series. TD
Defensive stuff. Great start
I sure don't understand the line favoring KU by 9.5. The Illinois loss really hurt, especially as poorly as Illinois played. I'll watch tonight and hope to see much better execution by the offense. If I was OC or HC, I would only give Jalon one TO before benching him tonight.
@BShark said in Let’s talk Illinois:
I completely agree with that last sentence. Illinois is not good. This game was easily there to win for KU.
This is as bad as I've ever seen JD6 look.
And Jeff Grimes play calling was ridiculous. 3rd and 2 and KU has great running backs: Grimes calls a 20 yd pass that falls short.
Grimes sucks.
Please, please, please coach Grimes: Run, run, run the ball
Alright. Now come on D. 3 and out
Well Notre Dame lost to E Illinois. Misery loves company. Really bad half for Jalon
Wow, Illini the wheels fell off.
Much better offense. Way to go.
Way to go Devin. More of that please.
I sure think Jalon is running the ball too much. We have very good running backs.
Wow, ISt was behind the entire game until the last play. I guess they had a plan and won the game.
I sure hope KU doesn't fall behind like the other Big12 teams did today. Just get me a 2 TD lead, play well and finish with no injuries.
Still undecided on who to root for in Colo at Neb. I still hate the Big Red, so I guess it will be Colo. Meh
I wasn't paying attention to BYU last night. Wasn't SMU heavily favored?
Tulane is leaving the door open for KSt. Or KSt finally has its defense playing
As Bob Davis would have said "Okie State" is getting thumped by ArrrrrKansas 14-0 early in the 2nd Q. And KState also getting thumped. But, both early in the second Q
I can't believe I find myself rooting for Texas.
The Illinois win last year seemed to kick off our great season. It wasn't our best game by far. Tonight's game is really big; a must win for me if KU is to have another great season. RC
I've always used ESPN for stats during and after the games. Mahomes passing was 20/28 for 291 yds. What do you say the average is? I've always measured the average by completions, but this year, ESPN is using Yards divided by Attempts. Average yds per completion means something useful; average yds per attempt doesn't mean very much.
Well the Ravens win was exciting and frustrating. Jackson had a lot of opportunities to beat KC on the last drive. Did everyone see Coach Harbaugh signal for a two point conversion before the TD was overturned? I sure wish I knew what play was going to be called. Henry up the middle? Play/action for Jackson to run wide or pass. Wow, that would have been fun. Next up, Cincy. I was surprised the Chiefs get another home game for this game.

yea, sucks for people like me that aren't in the KC area, where i assume it's on regular TV?
Same old same old, but all these different services keep adding up, yet my salary stays the same!
Oh well, as @stoptheflop said, worth it for the Chiefs.
The game is on NBC, so everyone should be able to find it.
MOTHER EFFER!!!!!!!!!!
I read somewhere that it was strictly streaming on Peacock only! So i thought i had to order Peacock!!!
$#@!%%^^^^^%$$##
I'm either a dumbass (likely) or was duped. Grrr.
After seeing all the Greenbay/Eagles ads for the game in Brazil Friday night, that game is only shown on Peacock. So, for those who got Peacock to watch the Chiefs, you can get your money's worth watching Friday night's game.
Wow, the stadium is rocking. Let's hope the Chiefs play up to the level of excitement for this game.

So how many of you had to pony up to buy Peacock to watch? Effers!
Whatever it costs it will be worth it to watch the KC Chiefs.
