@dylans Next year is a bit of an odd roster. We have to hope Harris is at least a competent back-up PG (Garrett likely the starter). We will likely have a ton of 2-4 types Bryce, Ochai, Braun, Tyon and a couple more 3/4 guys in Jalen and Tristan. Then really just two bigs ready to play in Dave and Mitch.
We might end up very good, but it's not "conventional" and ball handling could be the biggest concern.
@BeddieKU23 I don't think that's an issue. Braun looks innocent but he will go to war. WVU is always a grown man game.

We mostly get open looks and shoot a low volume so those things probably help. Ochai and Moss are both on very good percentages, but tend to be all or nothing. Like you get 0-1 threes from them or 4 out of them in any given game.

@BeddieKU23 Braun figuring things out defensively would be a game changer. Dot, Garrett and Ochai are all plus defenders for their position.
@BeddieKU23 Last year was pretty bad as well to be fair. Offense was give the ball to Dedric and pray.
I'm fine with alternating throughout the game, but in crunch time I want Marcus Iverson Garrett handling the ball.
This defense slaps. Most since 08 which ended at 8.9. 2010 is the only other team above 8 a game going back that far.
@dylans I think the answer at this point is pretty firmly no. Now if we had a big like Mook or cough cough Matt Hurt cough then maybe. To be fair to Doke, I think it's pretty much impossible to play 2 bigs that can't shoot in 2019 in general, this situation isn't unique to him.
Could change it to two man team if Prohm figures out that Conditt is a badass. It seems to be trending that way as his minutes are up from the start of the year.
One man team, but always dangerous against us in Ames.

Very few guards I'd rather have but interestingly enough the team is going up against one on Wednesday with Haliburton.
And yeah they were definitely hacking Doke. Can't have it both ways Huggy.
KU shot more FT because KU started to aggressively attack the basket.

Lack of rebounding against WVU isn't too shocking especially with KU having to play 4 out to score.
