Cant see that being the case

Update: creek is flooded but just barely.

Enaruna says he is 6'9''.
With his stats you have to keep in mind that Wasatch has 7-8 D1 guys.
@justanotherfan I hope it's just the ISU guy blowing smoke and I see your points on it.
I'm still of the belief that KU isn't getting Hampton. I think no matter where Tucker goes, he's going to be featured offensively.

Look out for flash floods as well. Most of the ground is completely saturated, so everything is straight runoff. Creeks and rivers could still rise even though the rain has stopped.
Yesterday the creek near my house was right on the bank. Had some time to drain out but not much.
ISU CyFan insider staff guy floated out there that KU is behind ISU/Memphis/Auburn due to "wanting to be the man". Hope he's wrong.
@BeddieKU23 He doesn't appear to be a huge knucklehead like Greene and I think he is actually a good fit.
@RockkChalkk Just saw the thinking emoji next to Grimes NBA. That's quality work. :joy:

My favorite golf course by work is closed from flooding.
Sounds about right. I'm heading out soon and if there is flooding, I'll get some pics.

@Kcmatt7 I’d sure like to see another shooter! I’m afraid Dotson ( 🤞 he’s back) shouldn’t shoot more; his 3pt % is good, because he’s selective. A shooter that can handle the ball. Tucker? Is a pure spot up shooter available?
Unless we land Tucker, it's very likely we will struggle to shoot. So we might as well lean into putting out the best offensive rebounding lineup we can lol.
SOON
@Marco LSU if Will Wade is still there.
It's been nuts lately in NE Kansas lately. There were some spots near me on the verge of flooding yesterday and then it rained hard again all last night.
@Crimsonorblue22 are you getting it bad where you are?
FarmerJayhawk said:
@BShark then we wouldn't get to see Silvio dunk so hard on Matt Hurt it ruins the game of basketball for him forever
Honestly will Hurt ever touch the paint? I guess MAYBE to draw charges for Ratzinger.
What if and hear me out on this: Bill plays him exclusively at the 5?
Yeah I know I laughed too.
@FarmerJayhawk The assumption with Cade is UK right? But he basically never talks about his recruitment so who knows.

We need to sign Dante.

So....
How many years at KU is tristan projected???.
3 or (gulp)... 4 years?
3 or 4 would be my guess. Probably won't have a big impact next year.
@FarmerJayhawk Yeah it was weird. Complete radio silence for over a week after the visits and then BAM announcement with ZERO fanfare.
FarmerJayhawk said:
I think he’s a 4 long term.
Agree. Skilled for a 4, can't really play the 3 tbh.
Imagine that dumbass BShark thinking he was going to Creighton LOL.

@Hawk8086 @BShark K-State's miss on Grill may have been due to Assistant Coach Frazier leaving to go to Virginia Tech. Braun committed some time ago, so it probably wasn't a factor for him (unless he had some real good inside information).
Bill + the storied tradition of KU simply dunked HARD on Squeaky and their barn as I understand it. KSU or OU would have been the pick if KU didn't swoop in.
Hawk8086 said:
@justanotherfan No , but it is a kick in the nards for KSU, though. It seems that they were after him pretty hard.
Correct. KSU had this happen to them twice this cycle where the player went in league. The other being Braun.

Did he pick Duke yet???

With Braun already in the fold, Grill was never really in play for KU. Good to see that he will get a shot at the P5 level, though.
I think he will wash out and end up in the Valley but you can't fault a kid for trying.

I think we need to patch up some recruiting spots where we used to act a bit aloof. I would start at Sunshine Christian Academy, in Wichita. We could also improve our image in the Greater KC area. And then there is the AAU circuit...
We used to count on mostly just a few prep schools... that isn't feeding us enough players.
Sunrise and Mokan are NIKE.
If I were Bill and KU, I would pressure the Hell out of Adidas to go and get Sunrise in the near future. That would be a huge, huge, huge get for us.
Not opposed at all to getting a local funnel. Could move kids there and they would get a feel for what Kansas is like.
@FarmerJayhawk knows and has a good nose. Definitely trust his info bucketeers.
Another pick for KU...from a Memphis guy...

@DCHawker Less grain though, at least presumably. It's not this stuff generally has nutrition labels. :joy:
He was absolutely invited. He was on previous lists of expected attendants. And well, yeah of course he is.

Russ Wood on rivals picked KU for RJ this evening. Does anyone prefer rivals over 24/7 or vis versa? The only difference I can see is the people behind the picks in rivals have a higher percentage. That said I don’t know the credibility of anyone like most of you.
Guys that matter: Slater, Daniels, Bossi
That's close to it. Most people change their picks right near the end when it's all but known to everyone anyway.

In other news. Precious to Memphis is done.
looks like it - -but if we can land Holyfield and or both him and Enrauna - - -it be all right.
I'd bet money Enaruna ends up in Omaha.

Rj one I think
Oh, so never finding it now then HA.

Glad we didn’t get him tbh. Walking sanction
Walking lack of basketball skill and buckets.

Honestly, meh and I've mostly had that approach since I thought KU was in on him.
Kcmatt7 said:
Everyone is going to follow Daniels.
I'm interested in Meyer's and Slater at this point.
Same on Slater but Meyer is w/e.
Kcmatt7 said:
Room for both the way I'm looking at it.
Honestly, I think Garrett is about to get the squeeze on minutes if we do end up with both.
Garrett and Agbaji would both be coming off the bench. Garrett will get minutes though lets not kid ourselves.
I definitely see this as a positive.

Slater thinks RJ’s going to China.
He's still stuck on that? Was wondering on that globe. Hope he's wrong as I'm really hoping that doesn't become a trend.
It appears Silvio is not going to show up for the G League combine. THE PLOT THICKENS.

FWIW, Adam Zagoria (ZAGSBLOG about all levels of hoops) was suspended on Twitter. Rumor is, he offended some U of AZ fans. 🙄
Not a fan of Zag but this is absurd.
JUST GOT ANOTHER PICK FROM A DUKE GUY.
If Slater puts in an RJ to KU pick I am gonna explode.
@Kcmatt7 Well, he just gets his info mainly from Matt Scott I think. Which is...actually close to as good as it gets. Matt is a real insider with a legit connection to the program he's just thrown bullshit at us a couple times (Trae Young was really egregious) and has been outright lied to a few times.

Well while I'm at it, Mitch is also TJ Holyfields most recent twitter follow and one of the most recent instagram follows.
Gotta love Mitch.
100% would not hate Mitch staying on as a grad assistant or something.
