@kjayhawks I think most of their alumni and fan base expect a rebuilding year here. They lost 8 players, 4 of which were actual rotation players and quite frankly their 4 best players. They took in five transfers, including 2 JUCO guys and a grad transfer. All three of their FR played tonight and none of them are guys you want playing right away. All this loss from an NIT team.
I don't think Drew will be on the hot seat. Now, if they aren't better and in tournament contention next year? Then I think it gets interesting.

Vitale sucks. Worst announcer I can think of. Though, Raftery is bad too. If you want to like him, that's fine, it's your choice.
I don't always have a problem with the refs, but they sucked both ways tonight. 17 fouls in the first half on one team.
@Kcmatt7 I don't see Herro being able to beat many guys off the dribble. He's gotta work like Svi to get open on the 3 pt line.
Interesting point about their front court guys. The two that are good offensively can't defend for shit in the post. Richards is okay on that end, but his offense is um, yeah.

In games like this, depth is overrated. UK is less talented 1-6. Thats what matters.
But also, PJ sucks, NR sucks, and Green sucks. That's why they are all sophomores at UK. Add in that Quickley sucks and Hagans sucks and you have a double digit loss team. Reid is their best player and he played on a bad team last season. UK can either suck at D or they can suck at O depending on the lineup. But they don't have a group of 5 that can play on both ends.
Sucks by UK standards. I'd bet PJ and Nick would develop well at KU. PJ is decent, but he's a 6'7'' center, so that will hurt you in some games for sure.
I'm not big on Green or Quickley, but I thought Hagans might be a dude. Herro is um...he is completely outmatched in this game. Barrett sees a target cursor on Herro every time he has the ball. Herro won't be overmatched like this every game I don't think anyway. He's not great overall though.
I've got a lot of respect for Prohm as a person. As a coach remains to be seen but he does the right things.
