Very impressed that Gradey has been involving himself in all corners of the court. And he did some scoring! awesome.
I'm not sure how apparent it is but most teams in the conference are trying incredibly hard to take Gradey out of games. Massively overplaying him, face guarding etc... And well, if you don't he can just go nuclear on you but point being it really opens things up for other guys. A big adjustment Self then made is running a ton of pick and roll. If teams try to counter that then we go back to Gradey getting looks. Pick your poison.

After the MSU roadie they have Tennessee in Rupp, at Florida, Auburn in Rupp. Gotta think they need to go 2-2 there.
@Kcmatt7 KSU will be ranked as long as he is there. Then you take any post season success as a bonus. That's the ceiling for KSU.
Their smart fans (there are a few) realize that this team is ahead of schedule off a very tough situation to rebuild from. They had to go in and get as many guys as they possibly could. They have some solid players redshirting right now too. Guys that would have for sure got minutes on most Bruce teams. Biggest thing was they gambled on Keyontae. Very few programs were willing to do it. Imagine that team without him...
Last year and these next couple recruiting classes will be down across the board due to lack of development time. I LOVE our class considering, but I like KSU's class as well. I've watched some Dai Dai on the ole youtube and he's as good as anyone I can remember KSU recruiting since Beasley. He's electric and I hate that he is going to KSU. Will be some fun duels with Elmarko...

Yeah it's annoying when players go for the strip and end up giving up a lot more yards. Happens pretty frequently too.

If we look at prior teams around this one (3 above, 3 below), you have everything from a 1st round exit to a Final 4.
Also will mention, 3 of those 4 teams below this group did not win the league.
I do think this team is pretty gritty. You definitely have to kill them and I would expect max effort in any tournament game.
Talent wise that does feel about right.

I think that penalty was a little weak but I also think that’s the only call KC got. They missed an obvious PI in the first quarter that stalled the chiefs second drive, got away with a fumble touchdown that should’ve counted and had a very questionable catch stand. I think the eagles got 3 of 4 questionable calls tonight.
I thought the one catch was correct. I'm less sure on the catch/fumble.
Pretty fortunate with that penalty.

@wissox Quick search says one in the 40s and some really old ones. I don't like counting the Helms ones for KU but I know that can be a point of contention for some.
