@rockchalkjayhawk Basically a very athletic guy they took a flyer on. I disliked that they had him reclass up. Really needed the extra year in HS and then still take a RS. I think he's probably 2 years away, skill wise.
Agree we need a veteran scoring guard from the portal. I'm sure Bill will get one.

@Crimsonorblue22 You could just see that his foot was hurting him if you pay really close attention. I noticed more while rewatching the games which I like to do to try and catch more things, Self's coaching decisions etc... Harder for me to notice live when I'm caught up in the game.

@Kubie I don't think he ever logs an NBA minute. He was still laboring in the FF games but really gutted it out with an amazing leave it all out there performance.

@stoptheflop Yeah the QB play was lackluster. I recognized 6 of the 8 head coaches in this league. Most are retreads. Wish they would have went with giving more guys a first crack at it.

So no one would ever confuse Tom Crean with a proper basketball coach but going 16-16 (5-13 in league play) with a roster that had Anthony Edwards, Sahvir Wheeler and Rayshaun Hammonds is IMPRESSIVE in its own special way.
@bskeet yeah, don't think Bobby is a transfer risk but Self does just love him. Bill will sometimes take one guy individually under his wing over the summer and really work with that guy. This happened with Dajuan previously and I've heard it's very likely with Bobby this off-season after recruiting is done.
@bskeet Bill pointed that out during the banquet. Don't think that was by accident.
