Also let's be clear. Kap doesn't know what sacrifice is. He has made over 35M dollars playing a game, and is now going to be paid millions dollars a year by Nike.

@stoptheflop my best guess is 15,000. It looks like more on TV because thy have those chair backs that season ticket holders buy that are placed on th seats and are blue. So it looks like someone is in the seat when it’s empty.
I mean I go down there early went to the Oread for a quick bite and drink and it wasn’t even that crowded.
I went to the game last night. It was not enjoyable or fun at really any point. I have season tickets and honestly might not go to another game. After the game I was texting some friends and said I honestly just don’t care at this point. This program is a complete and utter embarrassment.

@dylans Cozart went on to Boise St, and did fairly well. I actually think I saw where he signed a CFL deal this Summer.

It is embarrassing and a joke how much the left, liberals, or whatever you want to call them boycott something. If something doesn't go their way or someone says something "mean" they just lose there shit. I mean I wish I had that much time to care about as many different non issues and protest them.

Can someone that has heard or watched McBride please explain to me the difference between him and Jacobs? I understand ranking are not the end all be all, but why would we go our separate ways from a kid who "has not progressed" and is ranked approximately 90-100 to a kid who is not even ranked at all and a 3* prospect? Just doesn't make any sense to me at all at this time.

I’d say Mann to FL is a surprise as most everyone thought he was going to UNC. Odd ending to a recruitment there.
IMO it makes no sense for these kids to pass on college to just go and "train" for the draft. They just do not understand the amount of exposure they get when playing at a big time school. Playing at Syracuse he would have been on ESPN 20 times. Best of luck to him but don't think this is a very smart business decision.
Big man Oscar Tshiebwe cut his list to 4 and KU was not on it. Not sure how high of a priority he was for the staff.
Final 4 is Baylor, Kentucky, Illinois, & WVU.

Looks like Bacot is announcing for UNC tonight. Not sure what affect if any that will have on JRE. Also looks like Roy is going to get Tre Mann as they are trending for him.

You have to have a QB to win. Period. So @Texas-Hawk-10 yes Beaty's biggest issue is that he has not found one that is even close to competent. I can't even count the number of QB's that he has has in camp on the team and tries and none of them are worth a F*ck. So until he or the next coach can find a QB that is Big 12 / P5 caliber his team has zero chance.

I have defended Beaty over and over, but I agree this BS is so annoying and just dumb. His biggest issue is he clearly can not evaluate talent when it comes to the position because KU hasn't had a decent QB since Todd. Secondly, it makes no sense to hide your starting QB and or name the QB before the first game.
Josh Green cut his list to 6. Arizona, USC, Nova, UNLV, UNC, and KU.
Pretty sure he is UNC bound, but still someone to keep a eye on.

@JayHawkFanToo After looking at the these coaches the league as whole does lack some top level coaching.
Hull has a great relationship with the best / most talented players on the roster. Also, obviously he has built a decent pipeline in LA for KU to recruit too. I think the new coach should do everything in his power to keep him if Tony wants to stay here. My best guess is that he will move back South.

@Crimsonorblue22 I agree with this. Long has no intentions on keeping Beaty no matter what. When he was hired he probably already had a list of guys he would / will contact to gauge interest. Firing Beaty mid season accomplishes nothing.
