This team sucks ass in true road games this year. 2-4 in true road games and easily could be 1-5 had Indiana not shit the bed down the stretch. Based on current NET rankings, KU has lost to 11, 67, 83, and 144 and our 2 wins are over the teams currently ranked 103 and 139. KU is now 2-3 overall against the bottom 4 teams in the Big 12 in the NET rankings and 1-3 on the road.
The remaining true road games for KU are against teams currently ranked 1, 15, 32, and 33 in the NET.
Boy there is hope there huh -I agree with you -this team will not do squat if they can't figure out how to play on the road -and soon
For the people who wanna get on the people for jumping Ku team - -you can't keep making up excuses , and blame the officiating every time w lose - -All i hear is it's the res - -it's the refs - -no it's NOT that is an easy out - -sooner or later you just have to accept the fact the team played like crap sometimes instead of trying to make excuses every time - they have to stand up and be accountable

This game is critical if we want to win the conference championship. This is arguably the most winnable of the remaining road games. We're favored. Can we get one more road win? I think 13-5 wins this year. Regardless, we simply can't afford to lose another road game to a bottom half conference foe...
u understandable what you say , and yet it's not like we are the only one's having trouble on the road. - -This league is an absolute blood bath. - I've said this before- - -there are no give me's in this league , you best bring your A game every night or your gonna lose. - -Look at UCF they are like 4-5 in the league - -not sure about you I just didn't think that would happen , and obviously there were some other people that didn't think so either -and they took an L.-- -All the teams on a given night can get beat no matter where your at. - Just got to avoid the let down , I worry about tired legs this Saturday/Monday and our mental state after coming off such a huge win - -not gonna be easy. They better have their heads in the game , can't afford and long scoring droughts.
If you wanna go off stats ere better in almost every area - -think is they are stats - stats don't help during a live game - -in the end I think we pull this out. I WILL say this again watch out for quick whistles against us and either Hunter or Kevin getting in foul trouble early - wew are in the Apple strange things might go on

Ya a let down looms large after such a big win on Saturday. - -A lot of times seems like we play down to the level of our competition. -We all know they will play way over their heads, and they will have a player just play out of his mind. - -Perry will try to score at least 30 , his shot selection stinks just throws up a lot of trash - -seen it more then once , seen K/State player come down one on three and jack it up -But not tonight. - -Watch for quick whistles on KU too, almost take it to the bank they will try their dankest to get Hunter in foul trouble -him or Kevin will be in foul trouble you can count on it.

No we have that also guy, I think because of the un balanced schedule - like we play TCU only once this year. - -Ours fall on from Feb 17th we play Oklahoma at their place then we don't play again till the Feb 24th against Texas at home -- Sat/Sat - everyone should have a week like that
The big 12 didn't do us any favors in the Scheduling. Were just coming off a huge game , a physical game , where our 5 guys had to once again play a lot of minutes. Now we have to turn right around and come right back after a Saturday & play on a Monday.
Could be kind of a trap , the players without a doubt have to be drained some what if nothing else emotionally , then physically tired - -could have some dead legs, - We just happen to be playing K/State who hasn't been playing worth a tinkers dam their last 4 games all L's - -you know they are going to be amped for us, their little place that's what they call the Octagon will just about be but no way can they match the atmosphere but they will try - -it will be jumping - -They take us as the arch/hated rival - -A lot of KU people me included really don't consider this much of a rival anymore , as for it to be a rival you have to win on a little more of a consistent basis then they have - -were coming off a big win going to harder to get up for K/State then Saturday - -Seems at times we play to the level of our competition , were coming in ranked AGAIN - -they are not. Were still in the thick of the league title chase - - they are at least two games back now - -These are the things that can lead you to get a L - -we have to be ready. - -They haven't shot the ball worth a crap , they will probably come out and just shoot lights out, guys that haven't any decent games will play out their ass - - -gonna be hard if not impossible to replicate the type of shooting we had Saturday.
Sure hope not but this could be a dangerous game , we haven't played well on the road in league we got to be focused.- -Rough stretch of games. - -We had Houston on Saturday - - -K/State Monday , - -then they turn right around and do it to us AGAIN with playing Baylor on the road Saturday - and then following right back with ANOTHER Monday -- -guys are going to be spent

Jeff Goodman from the field of 68 reported that for a long time KU needed that one more guy - -he said now KU has found that guy , also stating though if we could even fine one more to just give us even a little , he says he thinks without a doubt that KU's starting five is probably the best in the Nation & can play with anybody-- if we can get anything - - anything at all out of our bench
