Wow Svi showed up
No one has mentioned it that I see but we will be playing TCU tomorrow. They handled OU rather easily, which surprised me with how well OU had been playing.
That stinks, hoped he got in to show some skills.
Texas storms back from 12 down to beat TT. Crazy to think that Texas was ranked in the top 25 to start the year. Does TT get an NIT bid?

@dylans I see lol, Why do they put everything in eastern time? Especially for a tournament played in central time and made up of mostly central time teams.
Your time cant be right if ISU vs OSU is 12:30 no way KU plays at 1:30, 3 maybe but no way a game takes 1 hour.

@jaybate-1.0 I agree there is little draft talk of Frank who is POY for most media outlets. Size matters so much to the NBA that is DG can have close to the same numbers as Frank does this year next year just being 3 inches taller goes a long ways for him. I bet he would be a late first round guy. I only see Frank listed on a few sites as late second round.

@brooksmd she up voted my post so she's prob okay. I live about 25 miles north of hutch and a few miles east, the smoke was terrible yesterday with the wind blowing it in.

I personally don't care about the conference tournament, if we are playing I cheer and hope we win but it has little effect on much for us. We have had teams cruise thru this and go far or lose early after winning it. I really think any team in this conference can get hot for a few days and win it. I'm just hoping KSUCK loses to Baylor to not get in lol.

JJ gets freshman of the year, Self coach of the year.
@HawkChamp No question, beat us once in the first game in 20 years and the sudden they think they are so much better. KU stopped playing a series with them when Roy was here because we destroyed them by 40 or 50 points every game. Marsha is a good coach but I lost a lot of respect for him when he went on the record and called us chickens. I'd be worried about my own team if I was him. I think he did it piss off Self hoping we would play.
@jayballer54 I honestly don't have any ill will towards WSU or Frankamp. The kid just wanted to play, it's gotta be tough coming from highschool being the alpha dog to riding the pine. I followed WSU pretty close when Turgeon was there. I just dislike all their band wagon fans, I'm a KU football fan I know all about sucking.

Frankamp looks really good, WSU looks really good. If they are our 8 seed I'll be pissed. They will be a top 20 ranked team if they win today with 30 wins no way they should be higher than a 6 seed.
@BShark @Crimsonorblue22 BM is far and away the best highschool team in the state this year. They came in to Mac and destroyed them, which seldom happens.

@brooksmd I honestly didn't think the first game was all that great, had 2 lead changes in the second half. This game is better but our duke, WVU and UK games were better IMO.

Class as always bye Self but goodness coach Sutton doesn't look good. I'll always remember him running down the sideline to shake Collison and Hinrichs hand on senior night at AFH. Man we had some battles in the late 90s and early 00s with him. Always respected him as one of my favorite non KU coaches. Best of luck to him.

@KUSTEVE As does every team lol. Honestly I want to win it. But I'd rather lose first time out than lose after that so we get rest. I've always thought the lower conference teams that are playing their tournaments now have a huge advantage with basically 2 weeks of rest. It is better for the B12 now that they moved the title game to Saturday instead of Sunday like it was for years.
@BShark the defense of Svi,Vick and Bragg quite frankly sucks.
Just looking at some of the stats, killed them on the glass +12, fg % defense wasn't terrible at 42% but goodness did they shoot the heck outta the ball, 71 shots and 36 3s (61 for us with 21 3s). We shot great at 56% from the floor and 43% from 3.
@BShark he was in foul trouble and hardly played.
Guys we dominated the B12, this maybe the most impressive title in the streak. Boy we look good offensively when Vick and Bragg come in and are effective.
