Our best team per metrics is flory and kj and it isn’t until the 5th or 6th lineup that Hunter’s name is even in the 5 guys on the floor

Uk and zags would mop the floor with us in any neutral site game…..both are hyper athletic

The issue completely is Bill getting away from 4 guards to go back to 2 bigs. Running your offense through a back to the basket big is so inefficient and proven in 2024 statistically.

4 guards = better ball handlers = less turnovers and better offense/shots

Bill acting like if he sat kj we’d sacrifice rebounding while he already doesn’t rebound and the lack of 4 guards inhibits us scoring is the season ender with this crap

The same issues last year that cause ANOTHER round of 32 BLOWOUT will take place yet again if we face an athletic team

He’s playing the same D with Hunter for two years

He’s had frick 4 years with KJ and Juan offensively and still hasn’t schemed crap up to utilize them

You sag off those two and no offense can run

Bama, auburn, isu, Marquette would all run us off the floor and completely stifle our offense while just killing us on defense with pick and roll

Not going to bag on individual players here. This is on Self. He recruited players to fix the issues of last year, but he is still using the same formula.

This needs to be reposted so much. Coming into today Storr was averaging 21 mpg and Griffen 20. We brought in top transfers to play half the game. Griffen started on a better Alabama team than us last year and went to the final four and he plays less here.
