I watched Baylor. Refs seriously engineered that game to WA. Observation...BU guards and bigs on whole seem better than our allotment. Esp their bigs. Our wings are better.
Yeah but Scotty Drew.

@FarmerJayhawk Fleck sounds like an asshole from everything I've read online tbh.
Minnesota @jayballer73
I wouldn't bet on them losing any commits.
Colorado it is...
@wissox Some people are just bad I guess. I didn't go out of my way to find it unfortunately. I noticed them when viewing a post on instagram about the story and they were near the top of the comments because they had a bunch of replies (mostly calling them terrible of course).
ISU played the team Utah beat by 94 in game one. They probably wouldn't even be a good dii team. Typical weak schedules for the league outside of KU.
@BeddieKU23 his shot is still pretty mechanical but if it can at least to in when he is open that changes a lot.
UNCG is at least a pretty good team. PER numbers will probably be bloated against Monmouth.
If Moss is still hobbling we should play him as little as possible.
@BeddieKU23 Hopefully Doke comes along. If Garrett hovers around 13 he is definitely worth playing imo.
Moss was definitely laboring out there, could barely move.
Adam Miller possibly keeping his options open. Wouldn't end up at KU anyway, I just found it interesting.
Jayden still mad hoo boy.
@Crimsonorblue22 Agree.
Worth nothing Markese Jacobs has been pretty bad on D. Maybe he would have toughed it out at KU though, the kid we mushed him for sure didn't.
Will be much more interesting to track Jacobs and Moore once Depaul starts playing meaningful competition.
https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/players/charlie-moore-1.html ↗
Living his best life right now as Depaul has played the following teams by Kenpom ranking: 338, a D2 school (I think) and #237.
@FarmerJayhawk W T F
Hope we put some football crootin money into securing Bryce lol.
@FarmerJayhawk @Woodrow Ugh. Sounds like Stoefon was a moving on decision from the staff. Who is the second?

Also want to add the early returns on Tristan are nice. If he continues to have this role and produce he may not be here next season. I think its too early to predict anything but he was already on the radar for next season. He may be exceeding the timeline but we'll see what happens when we get closer to Conference play
Not worried about this but I don't think he is a 4 year player anymore.
Saw some absolutely horrible things posted online from Rutgers and Louisville fans. Won't repeat them here but makes one lose a little faith in humanity.
My heart goes out to the kid.
@BeddieKU23 Tbf literally everyone had Cade to OSU. If that is their only track record, shrug.
@rockchalkwyo KK will be a hog.

KU until I hear otherwise.
Honestly remarkable that there hasn't just been a full leak/Playah pick/247 setting a favorite when we are now under 24 hours out from the announcement.
OU guy still not wavering that it's OU either.
I'm still waiting for Playah's (Evan Daniels) CB
Some OSU smoke for Bryce...
Seems like every fan base thinks they get him except UNC...

Cyclones just picked up a good one. 7 footer Xavier Foster. 4* top 60 kid.
Good coup for them to get him from the Hoks.
@BeddieKU23 Fair point, that Wasatch team was stacked.
As far as Jalen the injury was bad and you never want to see it but it might actually work out better for all involved. I am not saying he was a transfer risk but when kids aren't getting many minutes you never know. Things could have changed but I do think he's gonna need some time before becoming an effective 4 for KU.
Hard to believe this kid was ranked behind Jalen after watching them play.
@Crimsonorblue22 By a lot. I'm sure the NFL will issue an apology....as if it matters...
Pathetic
@Crimsonorblue22 tough game. The stench of undeserved Titans win is wafting around. Chiefs need another td here.
@jayballer73 had no shot and moved on.
35 points in a comeback win last night. Kid has been locked in.
VIP article up on the KU 24/7 site about his soccer background.
Biggest things from soccer background imo: conditioning should be quite good as you can't really play soccer if you quickly get winded and footwork has to be good as well. I don't think he contributes next year but he does have some potential. I think eventually he would be exactly what you want at the 5 spot running a deadly 4 out offense. Rim runner, can defend and develop a decent shot. Biggest thing is he will need to add strength/muscle so he doesn't get pushed around.
@jayballer73 KU isn't recruiting him anymore.
Tip of the :top_hat:

@Crimsonorblue22 most KSU fans have other teams in basketball like WSU or Dook. I hope they lose every game in every sport. Our women’s soccer team will play tomorrow vs TCU for the Big 12 tournament title.
You might appreciate my recent twitter work sir

@BShark pretty happy KSU lost their fb game! I been hearing about it. Showed no mercy on me, plus the duke fans too. A duke fan that graduated from KSU. 🤷♀️🐏🐑🐄🐖🐀
Lol, absolute trash.
kjayhawks said:
Wow KSUCK need OT to beat UNLV on the road.
They struggled with NDSU game one. League sucks tbh.
I'm waiting for playahs pick them we will know.
@BeddieKU23 Conflicts with what I've heard about Bryce's dad but thanks for posting.

I kind of take the in home as a bad sign. If it was a fine deal I don’t think Self would be going there...
Doesn’t make much sense to me.
Eh, KU was the last in home for Dotson when he gave his commitment to the staff. I'm not reading a ton into it either way.
If we struggle with Monmouth I quit.
@Crimsonorblue22 lol
@Eric-san they won't.
@Crimsonorblue22 what?
Kenpom #236. Dare I say easy win?
Also it really amused me that they are playing KSU in Manhattan 2 days before us. Guessing they will just stay in Kansas the entire time.

Need another guard to show up for depth if the 4-1 is going to be played much. Too bad McBride wasn’t up to snuff. Did Harris redshirt?
Harris is on the Jamari/Ben plan. Otherwise I think we could use him some.
The rumors floating around about McBride are not good. Sounds like he just simply quit. Not even sure if he will continue to play basketball or not.
Or Devonte.

Mitch should play 9 is not enough to go the grind. We see it every season when injuries hit
We need another guard/wing type more than we do Mitch at this point. We have enough for a Bill Self rotation but barely.
FarmerJayhawk said:
Honestly Enaruna passed him so it’s not a huge hit for this team. But losing this year developing is big.
Tristan is better than I dreamed he could be at this stage.
@COHawk I don't think he will stick in the NBA but it sure seems like the plan is for him to try after this year anyway. It would be incredible if he stayed though.
COHawk said:
Too old to remember how Frank was as a leader when he was a soph. Do believe that Devon will get there once all of these guys get more comfortable playing together. It's easy to get down on them when we expect so much. They all want to do well and perhaps are trying too hard at times.
Dotson is pretty easily ahead of Mason's trajectory at this point. The issue is we probably don't get to see him as a JR. Mason became very good his JR year and then obviously a superstar as a SR.
Broken ankle
Tristan is really disruptive on D and can still easily get better on both ends.
@kjayhawks Was still favoring his ankle Tuesday. Mostly looked better tonight but I am thankful for the week off. Get him and Moss healed up.
