I think there is actually a clear path to 9 wins if we are fairly fortunate. It could happen. But bowl eligibility is definitely still a big deal to this program so my mind thinks about that first.

Made Emmanuel Stephens cut to 5. Arizona, Miami, Michigan and USC are the other 4. Not an elite prospect so with this list he clearly doesn't care much about early PT I'd think.

Arkansas leads, LSU 2nd. Straight from the source. Added that if KU gives him a commit-able offer for 24 (he had one for 23, but was unable to reclass) it would be "hard to say no" so things could change quickly and we all know KU usually puts on a great visit.
Rakease Passmore will visit KU. Hasn't been reported yet.

Seems better than v miller. Hopefully this is one of those recruitments where we ratchet up the pressure and the other competition is left in the dust
I think he's a good fit as a player for Bill Self.
I know we have negative views about Bryce Thompson but Bill liked him a lot and tried to keep him. Think of a mix of Bryce and Dajuan Harris for Philon. Maybe some Marcus Garrett in there too.

Unless they can contribute day 1 as a freshman, it is hardly worth trying to land high school guys anymore. The portal offers you so much more, and realistically lets you find role players who are actually comfortable being role players.
Agree and as @rcjhdraft mentioned this class is particularly bad so you wouldn't even really want lower end guys to try and develop.
Not sure how much it will matter but McNeeley really enjoyed the visit. Queen on the other hand didn't really seem to enjoy it or mesh with the current/former players.
There is a family member in our corner with McNeeley as well.

As far as chatting I was doing so on the KU discord. It was BUMPING. I was engaged there so I didn't post in the 247 game thread either.
