@Texas-Hawk-10 Have you also heard that he almost quit HS basketball early on? Saw that rumor as well but the poster it came from doesn't have the same good reputation of info.
@KUSTEVE From people down in Texas I've seen posts that Grimes and Wilson could not be more different.

@jayballer73 @Texas-Hawk-10 I know you guys were mentioning it on instinct but it seems there is smoke picking up for Jalen Wilson indeed potentially ending up back at Michigan. Certainly something to keep an eye on. Michigan people are confident.

Trust Crims @wissox that injury was very difficult for Ochai. Amazing he was playing, no doubt effected his shooting.

I think he could fill a BG type of a role from day one, but that's about it. I really don't think he's a great athlete from what I've seen. Definitely a below the rim guy.
Yeah I think Enaruna has more long term potential Wilson is just more ready to contribute right now. Agree on the BG comp.

Can't blame Bill at all for playing the better option at pg. Wherever he ends up unless it's a lower level there will be better pg options.

@BeddieKU23 agree. Even if you are as high on Och as @HighEliteMajor which I am not, we can't afford to be relying on 2 of McBride, Braun and Enaruna to play a major bench role. I can see one surprising enough to do so but not all three. We need another rotation level minimum preferably starter level 2/3 for this team to be a true title contender.

My favorite commitment lately might be McBride. He was doing an audio interview with someone (maybe Tait? I don't remember) and he was just like oh yeah I'm committed to KU. :joy:

For set positions this is pretty much it. With the actual rotations I think Garrett is really flexible and would see time at multiple spots. Wilson would also see minutes at the 4.

I mentioned this somewhere recently, can't remember exactly where. But it makes a ton of sense. He's a guy that really needs to get stronger and develop. Will be a fantastic college player but not right away.
He will take both visits is the recent report. Makes sense to shift to cloudy.

The real larger issue is how we keep recruiting these guys. Guys who, with their families, are solidly deluded. Guys who! With their families! are not good fits for KU for a whole lot of reasons.
Maybe other schools have had the same challenges, but Man! We seem to have a solid list of busts. Brannon, Cliff, Preston, Vick, (who’s the guy who smoked pot all the time? please feel free to fill in more names here)

Honestly, Greene was fine. He contributed to wins.
Grimes ended up being a bad fit but it's hard to turn down top 10 talent (perceived anyway) that is also a legacy.

I don't have a ton of faith in landing either or both guys at this point. With the way recruiting has gone this year, Wilson probably ends up back at Michigan and Walker ends up staying 2020.
KU or UNC.
Walker needs the grades is the biggest issue there.
