If Dave is back then we don't need one. Still a fan of this one unless he goes to Kentucky
Wow shocking pick.
Murray St star KJ Williams in the portal. 6'10 Forward. The last stud Williams we didn't recruit did too well against us. Want

Andre Curbelo in the portal!!! :police_car_light:
Wouldn't want with a 10 foot pole. Absolutely horrendous shooter
Ayers was voted best ref few years ago and did our Miami game. A few on there leave something to be desired
Portal approaching 900.
Miles of TCU is undecided whether to return or pursue professional options. Interesting, it did not sound like he would declare and leave the option available to come back. Either or situation
Figure get this going as I'm sure it will be busy.
Brockington of ISU going pro
Tech's McCullar declares while maintaining eligibility.
Udeh is on Rice's team. Neither is likely to start.
Load up this weekend you'll need them both to celebrate!
The only reason I preferred Houston was because their offense was limited and I think Self with a week to prepare for a team that doesn't have offensive firepower would be have been an advantage to us. Otherwise I agree Villanova is the better matchup overall, especially now.
Yup as farmer said we got history with Archy. His brother isn't any good though.
I agree pace is a big factor with the Moore injury. I think it was anyway. Nova just grinds, plays slow and that's how they have managed to get this far with basically 6 guys. If we could punch them in the mouth early with pace it will be tough sledding for them to come back.
The biggest key I see Saturday will be points in the paint. Dixon is their only big, they do not have a sub for him. Samuels is like Wilson in that he plays inside out. Dave, Jalen, Mitch. The advantage is use them enough to open the wings to driving to the basket. Pound the paint again on this nova team. No shot blockers, poor rebounding team at both ends.
Meh, kids say a lot on social media. We'll know in the next few weeks if he got that G-League invite. If not expect him on campus. Until then believe anything with grain of salt.
Statistically the loss of Moore is just huge. At 6'4, 210 pounds he's a lot in the mold of Ochai Agbaji physically, he's a 'big' guard. Athletic, skilled and poised. Big shot taker, Big Shot maker is what I've seen out of him consistently.
Season averages- 34.6 mpg, 14.8 ppg, 4.8 reb pg, 75% FT, 35% 3pt fg (80 made 3's) 2nd on the team. In the tournament 13ppg, 47% 3ptfg (10 made).
There's no question he's the 1A to Collin Gillespie on this team. He played in 86% of minutes on the season on a team that plays 6 guys & sprinkles in a reserve guard as the 7th guy + a freshman guard used similarly to Zach/Yesufu on the season. They had zero depth and now have to bring their 6th man into the starting lineup.
Updated post Weekend games. We are Final 4 bound and how sweet it is!
Ochai needs 9 points to reach #15 place on the all-time scoring list. Right now Och sits 3rd in the Self era for points in a season (699) trailing Frank Mason (753) & Dedric Lawson (700). Incredible season.
Other milestones
Christian Braun needs 4 points to reach 1,000 for his career.
Remy Martin needs 4 points to reach 2,000 points for his career.
David McCormack sits in #46th place all-time on the scoring list.

Awesome post!
How was the crowd from your vantage point. Seemed like when we went on that run to start the 2nd half the place errupted.
35 mpg to replace on a team that goes 7 deep. Good thing the 38 timeouts save them just a bit
Jumper is on auto mode.
One of the best pure shooters I've seen in some time
Huge today. Healthy and hungry. Congrats Mitch
If 3 or 4 guys shoot above their pay grade sure. They don't have deep bench at all. It's a gigantic departure from their lineup
Soooo Kenpom loves our d. Wonder why
Sucks for him. Very good player and would have been a really tough matchup defensively
Great for usπ
Moore averages nearly 15 a game. Nova only scores 72 a game. Doing the math. Well let's just say we just gotta play our game and we got a REAL good chance
Official Justin Moore out for Villanova. Gigantic loss
KU NOVA 6:09 Saturday.
No idea why UNC has slowed tempo. Just letting them defend them a certain way
Actually I'm here for it to HAPPEN
Opening line has KU favored by 4
Very likely Moore of Nova blew his Achilles. Huge loss for them and a very lucky break for us
Yeah UNC DUKE is in a different stratosphere with it K' last
Bout time we got some lucky bounces in matchups
Yupp
Made him go left. He couldn't
What a tale of 2 halves
Just finish strong boys
Ochai!!!!
68 timeouts later
Jalen really needs these to go in
Can't ask for a better response out of halftime
Wow we suck bad at the line
