@HawkChamp Which statements are silly? Q and Charlie? Or this team is not as good? I just do not believe this team is as good as last years. We lost three terrific shooters, two of which were senior leaders. We have none of that kind of fire power now, except for Vick going off occasionally. DLawson is trying to fill the gap lately. Just my opinion.

@BShark That is true. But at the rate he is going he would not get a drink of water in the G League. Not sure how many undrafted make it to the show, probably not many. Whether he stays or not, we really need Stanley to push the guards and for some scoring. Sure hope Ochai turns into a steal.

@jayballer73 If Q does not come back, then that means transfer, because if he does not make huge improvements, he has no other options.

And I am not for sure we will lose 3 bigs. DLawson and who else?

@BShark I would add TCU. They have at least 4-5 guys that shoot the 3 pretty well. On a hot night can beat anyone. ISU pretty darn good. K-state everyone back. TTech very good. OU better this year. UT who knows? WV and OSU tough road games.

We need to win all home games and enough on the road. As @dylans said, teams will knock each other off, then we can sneak in.

@BShark Not that impressed. Just know they are damn tired of us winning it. So we are going to get 18 best shots from them all. We always do. I am hoping these grinder games now will toughen us for the onslaught. And please no more injuries or suspensions.

@KUSTEVE Conference will be a bear. And this team is not as good as last years team. If DLawson or Vick has an off game, we are very beatable by quite a few teams.

I can not express my disappointment in Q and Charlie enough. I am in hopes that one or both will come around and live up to the hype. Plus if Doke gets back and becomes a force, we may just have a special season. Right now is helter skelter and just getting by.

@jayballer73 I hope you and @kcmatt7 are right. He is still out there recruiting for us, which is great. But he is probably still under contract until Feb. like the other coaches.

I heard at coffee this morning that the new Kitty coach would be in Lawrence tomorrow to talk with a couple Free State boys. This info from some kstate fans. Does anyone know who they might be? And is our staff in contact with them also? Sure hope we do not let them come into our home town and steal our kids. Especially if they are D1 worthy. DAMN!!!!

Looks like Les has filled 7 of the open coaching positions at this time. I am wondering if he will leave room to retain Hull, and at what capacity. Sounds like he is still working hard for KU. Hope it pays big dividends. Only 3 positions left to fill.

WE got mostly C grades from Benton Smith for the game. B for defense. C may be a little high for our over all performance.

Tait gave Mitch the top rating for tonight's game. Dedric second.

@JayHawkFanToo I was torn between the Puke-Zags game. Like most on here I love it when the BDevils go down. The problem is now Gonzaga may go undefeated what with the conference they play in. They play Washington, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Other than that, they will probably win out. Hope Roy's boys can take them down.

Actually I only care that our Hawks can have a terrific season and be one of the final four again. Then whatever the other teams do will not matter.

The NCAA just can not help themselves. They have to continue to prove their ineptness to the sports world.

@Woodrow Thanks for the info. I wonder who else is hot after him. Keeping Pooka and getting Lance would be a good start. Then shore up the defense. Next several months should be interesting.

@BShark Did Legendre ever commit to a team? I lost track of him after his de-commit from us. May be a good place to start.
