Mistakes are pretty costly
The dad that just passed away played on a team I helped coach, we took them to Vegas to play. He was also a 7ft high jumper. He was a teacher and coach at Nickerson, his wife was just promoted to ast super. there. He's donating his organs.
His wife Amy is still critical, Ava the D-1 player signed to play at Iowa last Sunday has a spinal cord decompression. Suppose to make it. Her lil brother was shoved out of the way, by Trey, so minor injuries. This is devastating to so many in and around our state.
So don't talk about drinking and or taking drugs and driving! I love Dtae, he's a millionaire, call an Uber! How fast was he going? He could be in jail, serious shit here.

We're a big 4a, were a 5a school. We've had some really good high school coaches. They started out teaching and coaching then ended up as administrators and coaches. We've had a lot of ast coaches for rule 10 and a heck of a lot of them for jr hi. Jr hi consisted of any Tom, Dick and Harriet they could convince to coach. Being a really good college player doesn't equal a great hi school coach. Sherron and Ty will have a great chance to become good coaches. Self will be around to mentor them. Does sherron have the the discipline to get everything organized? Also character is huge! I'm sure they know that. Big difference.

@approxinfinity my gkids and I talked to tyshawn while we were there. He was super nice to us. I asked him if his job was finalized yet, gotta wait on the board. Gson had his ball but no pen, he had a few autographs on it from the Washburn camp. Added to a good day. Oh, my son, gson and I went to Maverick last night, excellent! Really, really good! Had a few tears, but, I was NOT crying! 😂
