@Kcmatt7 exactly. Things aren’t perfect with this regime but the one thing that comes up over and over and over among people in/around the AD is culture. Lance can be prickly and isn’t the best people person but everyone works their tails off for him

@kuballin10 we have 3 really good wins, 2 of which are away from AFH. Our one loss was without a key player in Rylan. Not sure how folks are making such dire predictions when we’re 1/4 through the regular season and roles are still evolving. I’m looking forward to an ass beating tomorrow in the Border War.

@kjayhawks Bama vs SMU is definitely the toughest case. I guess it comes down to two different approaches. Do we think Bama is better than SMU? I tend to think so. But does SMU have a better case to get in? Also think yes. So depends how the committee weights these things.

@kuballin10 NBA teams were salivating so hard over all these guys they told them to go back to school. Like I said, they’re really skilled and run good stuff but there aren’t many NBA athletes out there.

Yea as much as we were in him early he really got it together.

Agree entirely. Kind of felt like he was just the vessel of everyone’s frustration for most of the year. Whether it’s Z or Lubick, I’m optimistic we can be as good.

Fun stat. Lubick improved Nevada’s yards/play from 128th to 61st in his first year. From 4.58 to 5.9. Go get him Lance

@SlimShaddy54 it’s a no brainer to me. Bring JD back. Receivers will want to play with him and the offense will be more similar to 2022-2023 whether it’s Zebrowski getting promoted or Lubick getting the job. If JD does leave (which as of right now seems unlikely) we’re going after a transfer anyway. Marshall just isn’t ready yet and McComb is a true frosh. Ballard clearly isn’t the answer
