@mayjay Interesting to hear. I always thought Frank was over the top. I'm sure he is a good person and has his player's best interests in mind, but he goes too far with the outbursts...IMO.

I guess Silvio's is about right. I am surprised Dave did not get more.

@Crimsonorblue22 I think Silvio probably is a good kid that made a horrible mistake. If this is truly his first transgression, then he deserves a second chance...... a stiff penalty for sure, but not a dismissal. IMO.

@dylans That is James Love. Were you able to see more details than on the film clip?

Vitale just said he will be shocked if Silvio wears a KU uniform again. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks of Vitale. What these guys say matters to the people at KU and the league that make decisions about what happens.

Seth and Co. were putting their two cents in at halftime of the ESPN game. Big picture of Silvio holding the stool. They were fanning the flames for him to be gone for the season. Also were saying that David was stomping, or trying to stomp on someone....which would be Love.

A lot of wrong actions to go around. Silvio should not have walked over the guy....clearly. But th1e KSU guys should not have shoved him and then the KSU players came off the bench.....followed of course by our guys. Worst offender was Love ….he came flying at Silvio and looked like he threw the first punch. Of course, the 2nd punch is viewed as equally bad.

The player from KSU that pushed Silvio will probably be suspended. Love (white pants) may be gone from the team. I fear the same for Silvio. I fear Dave may get more than one game. I couldn't see what Marcus was doing. There will be severe penalties. The league will see to it if the schools don't.

@jayballer73 I fear David may get multiple games....I couldn't quite make out if he was swinging or not..or kicking.

@bskeet That is Love. He was being recruited over anyway and was probably going to transfer. This will probably do it for him.

@tundrahok I guess what bothers me is that if you are dribbling out the clock casually with a few seconds left..why try to steal it? It happens all the time. Let's agree to either play the game to the end or let the last few seconds tick off.

Wait...is there a rule about suspensions from the next game if you leave the bench?

And I have to tell you, I'm sick of the issues with dribbling out the clock.

@BeddieKU23 Went to bed at halftime and figured Baylor had the game locked up. I see that Butler had 4 pts and was 0-6 from 3. Baylor was 6-26 from 3. But look what they did against us. I guess you could say that this game was an outlier for Butler and the team.

I don't know who will win, but the upper section at Gallagher Arena is barren. They will never know if a packed house would have made a difference. I think "historic" Gallagher Arena should be re-named "empty" Gallagher Arena.

@drgnslayr I"m not sure what the procedure is, but I have seen someone giving one of the coaches a sheet of paper during the game and the coaches studying it intently. I had always assumed they were getting up to date stats.

I had forgotten that Yaklich is their assistant coach. He moved to UT from Michigan. Very good defensive coach. Many feel that he would have been a better choice than Howard to take over at Michigan. But they went for the big name.

@drgnslayr I think winning the conference last year and his good recruiting class coming in will keep Bruce's job safe....unless they completely implode.

They will win 3-5 games at home, probably. I expect them to get at least a little better...but who knows.
