Been surfing around watching other pod casts and fan base's Been hearing quite a bit from them just like what we have been saying/ discussing.- -Other schools like Arkansas- - -Indiana - ---Baylor-- -K/State - -& Gonzaga to name a few.

These schools mentioning some of the same thigs we are like at Baylor. Their saying something just isn't or doesn't seem right , things just don't fit. Wrong plyers for the system they are running Rotation needing changed, players that need to be seeing the court less & others seeing it more, then talk going on like wondering if something is going on /is wrong in the locker room. Like player disruption, kinda like AJ, there is a reason Aj has been to what seven different schools in the last seven years- - -a cancer- -just doesn't fit. - One thing I have heard multiple times AJ is like a black hole the ball may go to him but your not getting it back.

Then you got Coach Cal, their fan base ready to run him out of town on a rail in his first Season. Fans saying he needs to retire that the game of Basketball has past him by , again player rotation With the players/talent he has and they are 0-5 in the SEC not cutting it

Then you have Indiana I do not know how Woodson is still their Mutiple issues Nil & Rotation and playing time

Then you have K/state and Tang, they went out threw all the NIL money trying to buy the best players money could buy, not caring about how they fit with other players just bought them up not thinking-- just not a fit -- not the right fit , players not caring just looking at NIL. Terrble with the NIL and getting wrong players from the portal

Then Gonzaga , they started out just curb stomping Baylor, made you think whoaaa Baylor pretty decent team and Gonzaga kicks them by forty. Now look at Gonzaga , not even in the top twenty five- - they have issues When was the last time we have seen Gonzaga not ranked in the top twenty five ?- -Just a crazy season going on with this NIL & Portal

@drgnslayr I would love to see the guys and put in a full hard concerted effort of 40 full minutes of solid Basketball tonight.- Haven't really seen that yet. Solid defense - - -low turnovers - -- good rebounding --- & a solid night of shooting the three, Would love to see that , give them a little confidence in themselves.. - -Let's not have them looking past tonight towards Saturday & Houston. If we do liable to get our ass beat.

Lance and the staff really our just killing it sounds/looks like in 2026 recruiting-- - rumor has been spreading that 2026 was Lane's year in recruiting especially local in State kids which has been lacking in past Coaching staffs. -- Not in 2026 , KU at this point I checked had a top 20 ranking for their 2026 class.

In 2026 so far we have the # 1 or # 2 ranked player in the State has committed name is J J Dunnigan -- the # 4 ranked player in the State & ranked as the # 32 player in the Nation has committed name is Hunter Higgins - - -The # 9 ranked player in the State has committed name is Jayden Mason. On top of this read/saw today we have received CB picks for Tgren Parker - -( Athlete ) -- then we have a CB down for Nate Sims -WR ( announcing his decision on the 23rd, & we are the favorite for him WR - -Then the cream from today is A 4 * OL Kayden Synder - - with receiving these CB's means we are in really good shape. These three picks that all came in today came from the K/State analyst predicting these three are landing at KU.

On top of that we are in a really good spot for the # 1 TE end in Kansas- name is Ian Premer, has been to visit KU multiple times and Jr day , Coach is cleaning up in State , no more of out of State Schools coming in and swiping quality players right here out of Kansas under our nose If we land Premer- --- would give us Seven of the top kids from right here in Kansas. - - also in on Josh Galbreath a Rb right here in Lawrence- then the # 1 player WR out of the State of Nebraska Amarion Jackson- - been to visit KU multiple times and Jr day.- -Sitting up to be a massive year in 2026

@Texas-Hawk-10 Well I guess it depends where you or how you were brought up. When I was growing up worthless & useless is ummm pretty dam close to the same thing.

Now tonight Udeh which they was playing Baylor by the way , pretty dm good quality opponent, no Saint Marys sisters of the blind-- Like I said Had 16 points- - - -- - 15 rebounds and 3 blocks - wouldn't really call that even useless. You see there ARE things a player can do without scoring lights out. For some reason so many people seem to think that all that matters is scoring and they don't take into account all the other aspects of the game.. Which if you can't be happy with a 15 rebound performance & 3 blocks well then I'm sorry you can't appreciate all faucets of the game, that's on you. I'd take Udeh in a heart beat-- - -I'd take Zuby in a heart beat it's a win, win either way as far as I'm concerned. -Again you should be able to have a Udeh type on the team without him having to go out and put big scoring numbers THAT'S what there are four others on the floor that is or are capable of doing that.

Every player on the team has a role to play--- your wings score, your point guard
s role is to control the offense & runs the offense - -your 3 & 4 have roles to play/ Score, and your five their responsibility is to more then most is to rebound, & rim protect -- and if they score more that's a bonus but not a requirement. Again you have or should have 4 other players on the floor who should be capable of doing that.

It's ok I'll still or would take Udeh-- -and I would take Zuby- either one would be great, I don't have to choose one or the other. - it's a Win , Win- -You take Zuby--- that's great he is a great choice too, I think it was bad to let both of them get away, -- Thing is Udeh did get to the free throw line-- -Udeh did get rebounds, sure it wasn't Houston , BUT still like I said Baylor isn't anyone to laugh at either - - -they are a legit program also and Udeh doing this on Baylors home Court against pretty dam good athletes --Have a good night

@Texas-Hawk-10 ya as I posted on Zuby earlier would of love to have him this yr. Not that much difference between him and Dickinson - & Zuby averaging 2 blocks per game- - more athletic then Dickinson , quicker, he is doing really well sure could of used him

Kind of hard to deterime some one's worth in their Freshman Year and not being able to get time on the floor much. was that way for Udeh and Zuby both.- - -Now they getting their minutes and seeing the results

Got to thinking/wondering--- what if ? - - What if we could of hung onto Zuby ?-- -would there of been any chance of him playing some four at KU ?-- Sure could use his scoring = -- & Rebounding -rim protection.-- Plays for St Johns ---14.5 ppg - - -8.2 rpg- - - -2 blocks per----- has 38 blocks on the year-- -- 57 % fga- - -68.9 ft %.-- I realize different position that he is playing now but I think he still would be a sweet piece , hated to see him go

@Texas-Hawk-10 = = I couldn't get much feel good out of this today either. Kinda puts a damper and I really don't have much expectations after today.

Our defense went back to it's old habits of just getting or giving up way to many open shots or lay ups. I mean come on let's face it K/State sucks , but they can make lay ups, open ten footers. Thank God they were not good at the free throw line, this team is just really disappointing.

Say what you want about KJ - -it showed out there today -I really like Flory but Flory and who Griffin took his spot today - -What did they score- -Eight points- - Hell KJ can do that, but I'm not getting into all that now- - let's be real this is far from a Championship team, some glaring decencies we are not that athletic, and it shows- -just kind of frustrating, depressing but it is what it is- -Seems like Zeke is the only one that can't make three's consistency. -ya sure not thumping my chest after this one. -I looked and I figured out how I think we end record. Looks like about 23-8 to me, maybe 22-9 not typical record of KU past years

@KirkIsMyHinrich This played out exactly like I said- - I called out and said after the ISU game I said watch Dickinson will come back with twenty and twelve , because that what he does.

Plays well against Average bigs, - -average teams, but you put him up against equally as tall/talented Big's -- just like against ISU he is pretty much a non factor. - -Let's see if he will produce for us like this against Houston , or when ISU comes back around again, don't gt your hopes up
