Wilson has zero idea what he's doing on defense. St Joe's is shooting lights out right now. I'm not worried about this game...but this defense is the worst group of kids I've ever seen in a KU uniform

Shot blocking and defensive rotations is what mitch brings on the defensive side. Knowing the plays and not setting moving screens on offense is what he brings there. Dave is a turnover waiting to happen or a spin over his left shoulder to brick a fade away jumper

The "investigation" was a 100% complete shit show. First, this is the definition of entrapment. Second, the 2 FBI agents...really, the 1 (D'Angelo) was an idiot. The absolute DUMBEST investigation I've ever seen...and I watch a lot of documentaries and crime shows.

@Crimsonorblue22 definitely wasn't on the court at the end of the game. Houston was shooting free throws to ice their win and while all the other cougars were cheering....Q was sitting there staring straight ahead. I felt for him slightly.

@bcjayhawk I do think that the WVU comeback, OU, and MIZZOU were the best games....and should be in the tip 3 of every KU fan.

Now I offer this...who is the most disliked opponent player. Mine is marcus smart. But Phil forte is high on the list cause he always seemed to have a "career" game vs the great Jayhawks.

What is your favorite game at AFH of the 2010s? Whether personal or just the fact KU prevailed..I would like to hear you share. Mine was OU/KU. edge of my seat and pulling it out in triple overtime....hard to relive all those emotions in a 3 hour timeframe.

Looks like Grimes somehow got the waiver to play. I look forward to seeing if his Assist to turnover rate can get above 1. Or if his 3 point shot gets above 31.5%. Or if his stamina will increase to where he can play more than 25 minutes in a game without huffing and puffing more than a chain smoker on a 3 mile walk.

@DanR I agree 100%. I do believe this is self's last hurrah....but...this renewed rivalry has me in state of confusion

1st...the Mizzou animosity.

2nd...The date doesnt make sense at all. that's usually the game ku takes a road game so the kids can fly home on ku's dime. Small recruiting bennie that's now lost.

3rd...the length of the agreement is longer than any other contract. Pure speculation, but I'm presuming ku is figuring they are going to get hammered by the NCAA and will need these games as a cash grab until they get back on their feet.

Nobody compares to B-Rush but B-Rush. He was one of a kind!!! I'm pretty biased though...regardless of what took place in the NBA...and speaking only of the time in a Jayhawk uniform...B-Rush is (in my opinion) the best player to suit up in the Bill Self era.

@Crimsonorblue22 Swaggy is big time large and in charge. Dude was too fat in high school...lost all of weight and turned into a player of the year if Frank Mason didn't ball out...and now going back to playing the part of Fat Man. He reminds me a Renardo Sidney. Tons of talent if he could stay away from McDonald's.

@Crimsonorblue22 Unfortunately...even though Trob is still young (at least in my book)...I don't think he has it in him anymore to get around like I'm used to seeing him. It's been 7 years since his glory days and that's how I ALWAYS picture him. He is a lot slower than he was merely just a couple of years ago.

Doyle does have the passing down...but unfortunately that's all the kid has.

The 1 person I really wanted to see last night was Dedric...but instead, all I could watch was Swanigan and remember the wonderful time of Frank and Devonte easily destroy Purdue in the Sweet 16.

I forgot about this till just now...but you know what grinds my gears....when Q committed, I watched some 45 minute intro of all his team members and some bs pomp and circumstance that his high school coach made me watch. And they started like 15 minutes late. I should've known then that this son of a gun was just another bragg. Cliff, did the old hat thing...to date, still the only "hat" selection I think ku won. In short, if a kid can't just do the normal thing and say I'm going to ku on twitter...my hopes for the kid are zero.

I'm a little bitter he's transferred. I'll still keep tabs and sort of root for him, but his story is screwy. He'll go into my micah downs and Connor frankamp file of "yeah, I remember you"

If walker and Wilson come on board...I would like to think that lightfoot, braun and McBride redshirt. Cupboard is full of talent. If McBride and braun see significant play time...this team has issues. Mitch is merely in a numbers crunch.

I do wonder if self will implement twin towers mode of done and big dave. Would be nice when playing a 2/3 zone
