Doesn't offer much on defense, would think he'd be the type to do well against Baylor with his midrange jumper but JJ has that position on lockdown. And Bragg can't pass out of the post nearly as well as required. The game moves too fast for him still. Hopefully next year.

Meanwhile, we'll do fine without him at home against Baylor. He sits at least 2 games.

I think we were fine offensively. I didn't have a problem with how we broke the press. I think our problem was interior defense. Maybe that was because of the refs? Maybe it's because Svi doesn't know how to box out? Maybe it's because Bragg is still a much better HS basketball player than college?

We have so much work to do on defense, it's not even funny. Self had to switch to zone defense, and we still had a hard time stopping them. WVU stopped pressing midway through the first half (or somewhere around there) because we WERE attacking the press. Not perfectly, but at least effectively.

I thought the article said 5 of the witnesses were KU basketball players

I really do hate bitching about officiating. But this really is horrible. The initial call on Mason, the phantom over the back call on Jackson, the lose ball foul on Graham. No one's immune. Watch them call a tech on me sitting on my couch.

I HATE PHANTOM CALLS. Swallow the effing whistle if there's any doubt. Err on the side of letting them play. Please.

Like the "push off" at the end. The guy tried to sell it, but the ref didn't buy. Nice work! Why is that such an aberration?!

Like I always say, err on the side of swallowing the whistle. Missed calls are forgivable. Phantom calls are not.
