@Hawk8086 There is a lot of different things that go into the seeding, such as how a team is playing recent -- BPI- and yes even the health to a degree - if a key player is questionable or out - -I think to at least to some degree in the back of their heads they consider certain things such as that.

Example this year - - look at Norte Dame. - -All the talk about how seriously now the committee should consider them being invited now that Bonsie Colson is back. - -Talk about how they really can't keep Norte Dame out - -so if your going off that basis then ya the committee takes things like an injury into some consideration when seeding for sure.

I think we could very easily end up as a # 2 - especially if we exited in the 1st game of the Big 12 tourney - -I think your probably looking at Duke taking our spot - -but actually a 2 might not be the worst scenario for us - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Trae came down and made or took some very poorly timed - -very ill advised low percentage shots. - -You know the one's I'm talking about some of those patented 35 footers where it was like one dribble shoot or heave more like it - - taking some forced drives through the paint - -like going one on three - -at critical times he just went brain dead - -very poor decision making.

His team mates didn't do him any favors I mean what did James end up with? - -2 points? - - - McNeese - -nothing - -Doolittle - what ? - -squat. - yet they were making a comeback and Trae taking the wrong type of shot at the wrong point and time of the game - definitely a momentum killer when you jack up a shot like that

@BShark This is one thing you and I are thinking alike. - -If it turns out come Sunday and they re evaluate and Doke is a no go - -season over . then I truly think IF we were landing a # 1 seed- -then that goes out the window.

KU : - - -Sweet Sixteen. - - -TCU - - 2nd round - - - - Texas Tech-- - -depends on Evans. - -With Evans better ( Great Eight ) - - with out - -Sweet Sixteen - - - West Virginia - - -Sweet Sixteen ( kind of weak with this but possibly ? ) - - - K-State - - - - 2nd round - - Baylor - - -2nd round - - -& I guess Oklahoma - -( very good chance - - 1st game exit ) - - - I just don't see Texas getting in. - - Could be a lot depends on how these teams do in the Big 12 Post Season Tourney. - -Either one loses in the opening game bodes not good for either.

I guess I will have to say I'll take Oklahoma over Texas at THIS POINT - -However if Texas makes a deeper run in the Big 12 post Season they might be the 7th team. - -The only way I see Texas as an 8th team I think they need to win at least 2 in the Big 12 post season.

You know throughout most of the year I was worried because of the major minutes these guys were going to play - that we would just be in major trouble - -would have absolutely nothing left by the end of the Season. Having said that you know what? - - It has become where I'm not nearly as worried anymore - - Why? - Because I think somehow these guys have adapted -they have molded into playing these long extended minutes without be overly fatigued.
