Well guys just thought I would fill you in. Had my Doc follow up after my stay in the hospital and my pace maker they put in;

My blood pressure was a big part for the whole thing it was all over the place when they was taking it and doing the orthostatics ranging from -- - -150 plus on the high side and then the big drop to like 80l50 on the low. - -Well it's now back to 120/80 , so really encouraged with that - -pretty dam good

Then my heart rate when I was in the hospital bottomed out as low as 36 beats per minute - - they want you to be at like anywhere from 60-100 - -and now? - its shot right back to 72 -- pretty good so, I am pretty happy. - my little ticker and some med they put me on must be working. - - WHEW lol. - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@HighEliteMajor Garrett's shot probably will always be ugly -- but his defense is nice & really like how he went to the boards last night think I can live with that type of rebounding and his defense. think we have plenty of offensive production - -I agree with you, - -The one thing that really stuck out to me was - - Depth -- Depth - -Depth. - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY -

Well let's be honest we - - On to the next game. -- ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY won, pretty easily but get Emporia St credit they kept trying especially in the 2nd half. combination of things they played more relaxed and our defensive intensity fell off for sure.

Observations: -- Doke just looked really , really bad - - - I think 7 boards - -not sure how many to's h had-- -still looks soo mechanical . like he is thinking way to much he is going to do. - -McCormack had a rough opener , - - -Vick looked really passive, - - But the worst of all ? - - - -WAY , WAY , to many turnovers , this part for having that many turnovers is inexcusable. -- yet having played to say from great - - still win by 38 so ya - -lots of time for improvement and it was the 1st game - -for sure a lot of things to work on.

Now for some positive: Let's just get this out here right off the bat - -sure it was Emporia State but still - - -- D Lawson IS for real , let's make no mistake about that. Sure he isn't going to do this every time out but dam he mad it looks so smooth 31 - & 15 not a bad debut. -- - - -Dotson just played a very solid game - - he going to be fine. - - - Garett had a good game on the boards like 8-9 I think -- - - - Charlie hit some nice shots made a couple of nice passes - -Grimes was ok - -not terrific but ok.

I think I'm just to spoiled nit picking but I know there was others that probably have some of the same thoughts - it's ok 1st game - Again probably the biggest letdown for me was WAY to many TO's lots of work to do. -- Every thing considered I don't think Coach Self gonna really be that happy with tonight's performance.-- -Not sure if I would be looking forward to tomorrow practice. - -Time for the next game - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY
