@mayjay I hate log-ins of any kind, but kinda get why they have them. Loose & lose - oh yeah. Also, I have a bro-in-law that says "curve" instead of "curb". Like, I drove up on the curve and messed up my tire. Also uses "ideal" for "idea". "Whose ideal was that?"

Mine - people who text and drive.
When someone says "I love you to death" - that's awful!! Love me to life.
Coffee carafes. I have owned $12 Coffee makers and $150 Coffee makers. Every single one drips Coffee when I pour. Regular Coffee carafes - not single serving units that drip directly into your cup.
People who don't use turn signals. Temporary pass to those who are low on blinker fluid.
Tv commercials. You know what I mean.
@wissox good idea. And show up at a nudist colony wearing coveralls, cowboy boots and a balaclava. You won't stand out at all.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the fact that we're ranked #2 in the nation and we're tearing our hair out over how terrible we are. Terrible defense, terrible free-throw shooting, terrible this, terrible that.

@jayballer67 I never knew if I believed the Norm Stewart stories about not spending any money in Kansas, but it's probably true. I just heard the new moron coach over there practiced at AFH the day before the game and then had the team bus take them back to Kansas City (Missouri) to spend Friday night before coming back Saturday for the game. The TV announcers said that. What an incredible waste of time, gas and resources. No wonder they're called Mizzery. Among other things.

Our society sickens me. What about the men & women who put their lives on the line for us every day? Or first responders, doctors/nurses. Probably many others that I'm too mad to think of right now.
@jayballer67 to be fair, I don't think all of K-State's losses can be attributed to football.
Many are leaving for another livestock judging school or the rodeo circuit.

@BeddieKU23 One thing I'm pretty stoked about is that we're shooting over 70% from the free throw line. That's pretty good for us - and we're getting them at the right times.
I DON'T like that we continually blow large leads, but I DO like that we persevere and come back from that.
I LOVE that KJ is becoming an inside presence - with that little 8-10' throw in shot - whatever it's called. He's going to be getting a lot of national attention by the end of the season.
I like that we're not K-State. I like that we beat Mizzou.
** Note - I just checked and we're number 188 out of 361 in free throw shooting. So we suck. But it doesn't seem like we suck as much as usual to me...

@jayballer67 I have all kinds of answers for that, but I'll just say at this point you value Mahomes a lot more than I do. I'm not impressed with his ability to hit open receivers.

@kjayhawks I'm not saying to get rid of him. Well maybe I am because I'm ticked. But not really. Anyway, he needs to get his head straight. All of them do. Too many non football distractions on this team. Not just Swift related distractions.
@kjayhawks he threw at least 5 passes directly into the dirt. We can't keep blaming receivers for not catching passes that are not catch-able. He's making terrible decisions. Overthrowing and underthrowing. He's easily rattled. He's not the same.
I'm not drinking the kool-aid anymore. Mahomes is no better than any other QB. And not as good as a lot of them

@dylans have you been to Vegas lately? I'd really love to know where to get deals on food. It's so much worse now than the last time I went two years ago.
@wissox I appreciate that, but I don't necessarily agree that "gambling" is a sin. It's like everything. Best in moderation. If you drink a beer - who cares? If you drink 15 of them, there's going to be huge repercussions.
That's how we gamble - we take a set amount (and it's usually not much) and when it's gone we go do something else.
It's just an entertainment expense. Like some folks will think nothing of spending $150 on dinner. I'm going to spend $10 at McD's and go do something fun.
We were just in Vegas about 3 weeks ago. I have been there probably 13 times but I won't go back. The first night my wife and I grabbed a couple of hamburgers at a food court. Not a fancy restaurant. Two single hamburgers, we split an order of fries and two bottles of water. $51.00 Now THAT's a sin.
@wissox yup. I was much less impressed with it than any of 3 malls I've seen in Vegas.
@patoh3 if he goes to Vegas he needs to budget 10 times as much for food as does for gambling/ shows. I was going to say it's obscene, but it's criminal.

@kjayhawks It's a personal preference for me. I liked Svi a lot. Haven't warmed up to Furph yet. Probably because his name reminds me of Furby - a toy from back in the day that scared the living SH*T out of me.
@StLJhawk I sometimes just turn the sound off. There's usually too big of a delay between audio and video if I try to listen to radio while watching.

Man! That makes me reminisce about listening to Max & Bob call games back in the day. That was so much better than watching.
