@BeddieKU23 Removing? What's the rule on conference play and redshirting? It's so many games into conference play? 2-3 games?
@BeddieKU23 Yes. Especially since KU was NOT on trial. The judge even made it clear. But people can't get that out of their head. Now many believe KU is guilty. Most do not even know the judge said ADIDAS was trial, not players or even programs. Emmerts even said NO program will be punished.
I don't get it at all. I have more objectives based on facts but little time to type. If we are innocent, why doesn't Self play SDS. He obviously knows something or believes something about SDS's case and is choosing not to play him. Puke is sure gambling with Williamson. I hope the FBI has all kinds of trash on Puke right now.
@Big-Clyde52 Now I wonder if Ochai stayed instead of RS, what if? Oh well, no sense second guessing. We could sure use some firepower.
@Big-Clyde52 Evan Daniel will be a huge indicator when he makes his prediction. But Meyer has predicted most all of KU's recruits. if Daniel predicts Hurt to KU, count it.
@BeddieKU23 I'm aware of UNC and UK. I really appreciate Ol' Roy respecting our recruiting. UNC and Roy have come on strong, but I think Self had Hurt on the U17 team. He knows Self and it's an advantage over the other coaches. I feel good about Hurt knowing Self and not taking Cal and Williams' word for it either. They can't pull any recruiting stunts against KU.
@Big-Clyde52 Crystal Ball has Hurt at 70% lean toward KU. The rest are in single digits.

@Texas-Hawk-10 I like the Dotson/Garrett in idea, but in reality, that's just it. Dotson is more of a threat and keeps the D guessing. You put Garrett out there and the D will simply pack in the lane daring Garrett to shoot.
I would have his butt in the gym shooting 50 arc shots a day. He needs to hit a minimum of 20/50 or better before he leaves. I would add Vick and Grimes to that shoot around too.
https://www.nbcsports.com/bayarea/video/bucket-bucket-frank-mason-scores-career-high-loss-cavs ↗
Really? Hurt? Tell Frank because he doesn't seem to understand that statement.
Doesn't look too hurt to me, nor does LBJ after Mason just SCHOOLED the king.
No more HACKADOKE. I will be at the game in Norman.
Big Mac needs to step up and show that high IQ. This is his time.
I expect KU to take a earned drop and punishment in the polls. We will be fortunate to be in the top 10 after this loss. If you want to argue ISU's underrated play, then they are most definitely way underrated and terribly under ranked. Now, KU gets to face the consequence of their play. They need to take their medicine because it seems there's a lot to take this season. UGH.
@dylans You can call it or claim it in the name of whatever is right and good, but as HEM so clearly stated in his response to me the NCAA is "theoretically" responsible for holding the "best interests" of the colleges and student athletes. However, in the same statement we can all unanimously agree the NCAA is "NOT PERFECT." Yet, they are charged with keeping "best interests" in check?
What's worse, the NCAA basically admits they are not capable of keeping "best interests" in check, so they hire the FBI. This means the FBI is the new NCAA. If the NCAA is so inadequate, incapable, and incompetent to care for the "best interests" of the NCAA and their athletes, maybe they should have a major overhaul, purpose, or responsibility. They sure can't seem to tie their shoes at this point and it's clear college sports are out of control.
Yet, the athlete suffers at the "rules" of the NCAA. Sorry, I don't buy it. YES, you're right dylans, it is IMMORAL and highly suspect at this point. So, they bring in the FBI and now Emmerts isn't responsible for the findings. The big bad FBI takes the NCAA heat and responsibility. Emmerts saves the NCAA relationship with his money making programs, like Puke. There are no enemies, only victims...the student athletes.
@Crimsonorblue22 Exactly. It's like double jeopardy. Dang, how many times does the kid need to be cleared. GEESH.
Yet Zion gets cleared once and plays after being mentioned in the Grand Jury as demanding payment.
@HighEliteMajor I would agree with most of your NCAA facts in theory. But as you stated we all know your facts are never really true at this point.
You also make a huge assumption that SDS "knew." Maybe so, but the kid is from another country. He's not like a Ball kid or say Zion Williamson? I disagree totally, completely, and utterly with your argument that he knew. IF, IF, IF the guardian did anything which is plausible, but hasn't been proven yet, SDS had no idea what was going on during the transaction. Those kids from foreign countries have no idea how corrupt and nasty these shoe companies can be in America. You''re assuming guilt. You put SDS on trial, not the shoe companies. ADIDAS was the defendant, not SDS or even KU. But somehow, SDS and KU is guilty.
What was SDS going to do? Report the shoe companies and his guardian as corrupt snakes? It's his guardian, which to a foreign national is much like a parent. Come on HEM, you're being way too harsh. Also, didn't SDS and his guardian in fact inadvertently report it by leaving Maryland and going to KU? Huge risks? If there was any wrong doing, why would KU risk "paying back" Under Armor? If KU in fact paid the Maryland debt, then it is KU, not SDS. If it is KU, we have a whole different problem.
But here's another horrible reality. If SDS didn't opt for KU, who would've known that SDS was in fact paid to attend Maryland by Under Armor? Please answer me that HEM. If KU is involved in providing payment, I'm horribly ashamed and will be completely embarrassed. But Emmerts has already said NO PROGRAM MENTIONED IN THE GRAND JURY WILL BE PUNISHED. But hell, let's punish the kid. He should be playing right now until they find something. You say the NCAA is "for" the college athlete, yet SDS sits. While Zion Wiliamson's name was brought up in the Grand Jury as demanding payment and still plays at PUKE, who is having arguably the best season of any team. Then Rat Face says the Puke lawyers and legal has cleared Williamson of any wrong doing? Really? The NCAA took their word? Yet Self sits SDS? Do you see the problem here HEM? I hope so, because I cant make it much clearer. You seem to be defending a "Not so Perfect Institution" who, in your words, will never be so. SO, you just destroyed your comment by assuming this is being handled by an "imperfect" system, yet KU is getting SCREWED by this "imperfect" institution. Why? Why is KU the only program getting the screws HEM? L'ville is the only other program and maybe St John that have paid a price. What about Zona? That went away and got swept under the rug. Also, Ayton finished out the year and played, UNBELIEVABLE. No consequences at all.
I don't think anyone is trying to hide anything right now. But what I argue is simply a fair and thorough investigation of all programs, maybe the top 10-15 programs. You say the NCAA will never be perfect, but yet there is so much politics with other programs because of $$$$$$$$ that programs like Puke get passes everytime. You don't get the #1 recruiting class 5-6 virtually consecutively years without something shady. By the way, guess who has the #1 incoming 2019 class? PUKE. Come on HEM open your eyes, you're a smart bball fan. Stop trying to protect the game and symptoms of corruption and start addressing the real problem. The game is fine. It's the programs and big companies that need punished, not the players.
@approxinfinity That's a huge gamble with Vick. I think as it was mentioned, you're way better with a bit more EXPERIENCED Vick with a little bit of a "mind" issue that can produce almost at will. Or, you go with an extremely EXPERIENCED Garrett that is horribly inconsistent and isn't much of a threat from the outside.
At least with Vick in the game, teams MUST respect his shooting. Otherwise, teams are going to pack it in everytime. As for Grimes? I think it's too much right now. He clearly can't handle the pressure. He is not a take over guy. I think he could, can, and possibly might. But right now, he's just not quite where he could be and hopefully where he wants to be as a "go to" player.
This team has SO much potential, but right now they just aren't quite together as pieces. We all want the parts to become a whole. I'm sorry, we must have Doke in beast mode. DLaw must work the "high low" offense to perfection for us to have a chance inside. But if the perimeter does not make teams pay, we won't have the season we all want, that baseline #15 win.
Dotson
Grimes
Vick
DLaw - I would tend to have KJ in with his brother for some bonus chemistry.
Doke/Big Mac
Small ball:
Dotson
Grimes
Garrett
KJ
DLaw
Away games are going to be twice as nasty until this team finds themselves. Lastly, I think the B12 Champion will have a few more losses this year. We may suffer 3-4 more losses on the road, possibly more at this rate. We may even see a sweep by TT and ISU in the PHOG if this team doesn't play to their super high potential. Then again, this team may win every game in the PHOG, which is likely, and lose 1-2 more on the road. I see the TT game in Lubbock and even the game in Stillwater as a possible traditional loss. Stillwater is Self's cryptonite.
Ouch
@BeddieKU23 Oh for sure and the kid seems to get better and better by the game. He had a tough game because the zebras failed to call fouls from his good play. It seems to me the refs should reward a player when they attempt a good play. The call should go in favor of the ball handler. The Manek kid was moving, heels on the line, and not set. Yet, they called a very fast kid for charging?
What happened to the home team having a slight edge at home with the officials? These officials were horrible both ways. They were particularly awful by not calling fouls against OU with Doke. These comments about refs picking on big men is terrible, but true. They did it to M and M Morris all the time. They were marked by the refs. The refs are biased in many cases against players, not teams but definitely players. The NCAA needs to leave players alone and start investigating the performance of officials. There should be a mandatory review of officials and address their performance. It should start with veteran official DeRosa too. That man is awful.
I know its Wikipedia but interesting.

Fairly recent and objective article that most know or even agree, but makes the best sense because Silvio is being punished due to a bunch of stupid adults. IF bball politics are at play, the NCAA itself should be investigated by the FBI.
When will the schools turn this ridiculous institution upside down and call them out by investigating their less than lawful practices. THIS IS A JOKE and makes a mockery of the game, student athletes, and college sports in general.
By the way, Zion Williamson is still playing, cleared of all allegations of wrong doing and being lauded as the #1 NBA draft pick in the country right now. I guess when you're Puke, you get special hall passes when your name is brought up in a GRAND JURY of requesting payment. Rat Face will make sure he doesn't face his nightmare ever again in college bball, Silvio DeSousa.
My prayer is that Puke is or gets investigated and Wiiliamson is guilty of pay for play. Also, they will have to vacate their season for not taking precautions or "respecting" the allegations against Williamson. Rat Face said he was cleared? Please. He also said the whole shoe crap was a "blip." He then realized how he just belittled the investigation, and clarified his statement.
But apparently Puke and K are way above the "rules."
No word at all on Silvio, ugh. This is painful to see him wasting on the bench in street clothes. Something needs to be decided. This is ridiculous. I thought something would be known by conference play. This is smelling more like bball politics than a ridiculous investigation.
@Crimsonorblue22 By a long season I am referring to watching each game. It's not going to be comfortable. Each game is going to be scrappy. The ASU game makes me nauseous. Here we go to Ames...ugh.
It takes a team. You could say that about all the players. We got a little answer where we would be without Doke, not good. Where would we be without DLaw? Vick? Garrett? or even Mitch? We are actually experiencing an answer to your question without Silvio right now. What if Silvio plays right now? or had been playing? We'd be a different team.
Let's just say, we are happy with who we have right now. it can only get better from here.
Gawd it's going to be a long season. But if we can win this way, I can only hope how we win after they get things figured.
@jayhawkcsg I was afraid to start and then not be able to cancel very easily. ESPN found a money maker for replays!
@KUSTEVE Well, I don't remember who always says on the board that when KU reaches 70 pts first, wins. It's been fairly true almost every game.
@KUSTEVE I predicted a bit of a breakout for Grimes. He's way overdue. I hope he keeps rolling.
@Big-Clyde52 I predicted at least 12 pt win. Hell, I would've taken a 10 pt win tonight.
@Crimsonorblue22 As usual KU played down to OU in the PHOG. This is always concerning.
I have tix for the game in March at Lloyd Noble.
Win by 7 at home and must make FTs. Charlie Moore has got to make FTs and they have got to shut teams down. Let's see if we drop again for not winning by 20.
TT wins on the road by 3 at WVU.
It's a win.
OU bball "battle tested"? I'm not sure what that means. They lost to then #25 Wisconsin by 20 pts.
I predict James will overplay.
I predict McNease fouls out.
I predict a 12+ win by KU and Doke makes all his FTs.
I like a Grimes break out game tonight.
Has anyone tried the ESPN+ replay for 4.99 a month? If so, is it anything like their ESPN3 with horrible quality? I'm not paying 4.99 a month for poor quality.
@HighEliteMajor 1) I'm pissed, 2) because of 1, emotional, and 3) I hope you're seeing my grand jury courtroom circus and raising me cold hard facts. And 4) This is my point. It doesn't matter what the "facts" are @HighEliteMajor, KU has suffered unfairly, unjustly, and utterly unnecessarily at the expense of a desperate lawyer that needed to pull out all the stops for his client/s.
Please clarify your statement about having the facts. I hope its in the sense that you are wholly and completely convinced the so-called "grand jury" was a sham and there were NO FACTS presented, only pure allegations. If so, I have no facts, but you and I both know people don't care about facts. They see smoke and there's fire.
Let me further clarify my point about Silvio. Regardless of your position in the whole circus, Silvio did not take or I believe did not take any money. I think the kid just wanted to play ball. Any payment was for Maryland, not KU. I don't think there are any foundations to the allegations about even Townsend's comments getting a kid at all costs to KU. I think that whole transcript was taken way out of context. In fact, the judge did not even allow the wire taps. So, no one really knows anything.
Lastly, Zion Williamson was clearly mentioned making a request for payment. KU does not make a payment and he plays at Puke. I guess not all programs apply a "no play" until further evidence is presented or the player is cleared. If this were the case, then all players mentioned in an investigation would sit per their program's direction. Yet again, Zion plays as if nothing was ever said about payment. But you want facts, great request. Let's get all the facts, but until then, all players are required to sit. Yet, Emmerts says no program will be punished.
What facts do you want? Until then, Silvio sits and that's your fact, and according to Emmerts, for no reason. But this is KU's practice, sit a kid until proven guilty. It also makes KU look even more guilty by sitting him. Then when the "facts" come out, it looks even worse. If there were payments, we're screwed. If there were no payments, then we are screwed even worse, because then we sit him for NO reason whatsoever. If KU and Self are sitting him, the KU lawyers are very concerned? Maybe Billy's case being so recent has KU a little edgy?
Dang it...I didn't mean to be so terribly verbose in my response. Most of it is rinse and repeat.
@BeddieKU23 Unfortunately, I hate to agree with you that position will never change.
@BShark Then please define a top 25 team, please...I guarandamntee you the top 5-10 are NOT top 25 either by your definition.
Geez, KU has one bad game against a pretty good opponent and the damn sky is falling. Stay tuned folks because it only gets better. I guarandamntee you another thing @BShark, ISU or any other B12 team did not have the pre or non-con schedule of KU. We didn't have Doke inside at all and I believe he would've made that 4-6 pt difference.
I'd be more concerned about TT than ISU or KSU.
Merry Christmas Jayhawk Nation
We may not argue Silvio much right now for obvious reasons. I don't understand why a sleazy desperate crooked shoe whore lawyer was able to impact a kid's college career. He was desperate to clear his client and created mud. He then chose to sling that mud hoping to clear his clients. His mud slinging didn't work and his client/s was/were still found guilty. But why does Silvio seem to be a real "victim" in this horrid affair? Regardless of what happens, Silvio did absolutely nothing wrong.
So if Silvio was mentioned as potentially and allegedly taking money some how, and Zion Williamson was also personally mentioned, not a guardian or parent, as requesting payment, yet he plays at Puke as if nothing was ever mentioned. Of course K plays it all down and claims they completed a thorough check on the allegations. Zion was "cleared" by Puke to play. But yet he plays? Am I the only one that sees anything wrong with this twisted picture? And the Puke fans have the audacity to claim that KU pays players? They even think KU will vacate wins? KU is the only program that threatens Puke. If KU is brought down, Puke becomes the face of college basketball.
Lastly, these stupid situations always end poorly and we all know it. I don't think it matters if this $2500 payment is true or not, Silvio and KU will have yet another black eye, while other programs seem to be getting away with murder. I haven't heard a word about Sean Miller and Ayton's $100,000 payment. Emerts has said none of the schools in this mess will be punished. I don't get it. Self admitting blame? Does he know something that will come out? Yet K plays Zion.
You people supporting Silvio sitting are a little ridiculous. We are either penalized as it stands, or we are wasting a perfectly eligible recruit. L'ville is the only other program that has suffered. KU has already been punished and there is no wrong doing. We are tarnished and I will be pleasantly surprised if Hurt picks KU. These coaches work these kids and use this crap. I can only imagine what Wright said to JRE. I was shocked when JRE chose Nova. So, KU is already paying a price and the other programs are circling the KU recruits. No telling where Hurt will end. I hope KU. I was hoping that having Self as a U17 coach helped him get to know the real Self, not the nasty backstabbing allegations of other coaches. Apparently Calipari thinks he has a shot at Hurt.
Not one 2019 4 or 5 star commitment in ESPN's top 100, NOT ONE
Stanley - great get if Grimes lives up to NBA hype, but right now Grimes is looking a little like Selden and may be around at least another year.
42% UCLA (Warm with Oregon and UCLA) If he has two West Coast schools, my guess is they are #1 and #2. KU is a distant #3.
Hurt - Only legit possibility.
Crystal Ball 75% KU...Looks like Ol' Roy is working him too. I'm really glad Roy honored his UNC recruiting commitment, but now he recruits the hell out of KU recruits.
Auchiuwa
62% UCONN
Daniels - KU not even on the board with this kid!
Nnaji
25% tie KU, UNC, and UK (Jerry Meyer has him at UNC 79%)
Edwards
FSU 80% (Wiggins flashbacks)
Great stuff Lump as always.
Zion should be sitting pending the investigation into his pay for play demand. Yet KU wasn't even the topic and Silvio sits pending an investigation into a $2500 payment? WTH?
Seems Sketchy to me...wawawaaa....lol...need some shoe humor in all this chaos.
I agree all around about Doke. I love him to death, but his tools need sharpened. He's an odd challenge for the league. The disconnect between his shooting mechanics and his mental ability is his biggest challenge. In other words, his shooting game seems to be a head game for him. He definitely has the size for the league and can make some money, but he needs to take 1-2 more years to work on that one area of his short game. If he sharpens his basics and develops a 12-15 foot jump shot, a running baby hook, and those FTs, he will definitely improve his stock. I would take him much more seriously after his junior year. It will be fun watching him grow even more.
If he does force the issue, he will be a utility man. He will bounce around and never make much of an impact. I wish he would talk with JoJo.
Romeo Langford decision: What it means for Vanderbilt basketball
Adam Sparks, USA TODAY NETWORK – Tennessee Published 6:00 a.m. CT April 27, 2018
I read this headline and almost had a flyin' come apart...these Indiana and Vandy writers are getting real desperate.
Notice how Zona and Miller has been swept under the rug?
dylans said:
Mo Bamba wishes he could’ve gone straight pro says college was a waste of time.
Shaka smh
Wish Bamba would’ve gone to a better program...Don’t make the same mistake Romeo!
He seems like an observant kid. I think the Trae Young lesson has definitely caused him to pause. I agree...he could end up just like Young at IU or Vandy...which means...a wasted year.
But hey, he'll go to the NBA wherever he decides. His path is paved to the league already, just like Young.
The IU writers are trying real hard to spin Langford toward IU. They are willing him. They are trying to convince themselves, which proves they aren't too sure.
Even Vandy just came out with a desperate article about what Langford would mean for Vandy. All they could come up with was it would be Vandy's #7,8,9 recruiting class ever.
What? SO the standard at a bball school is to get the #7,8,9 recruiting class with 1-2 recruits? Not a NC? I'm sorry, if I were Langford, I would take that as an insult to my talent.
KU is not the problem. It's not KU's fault. KU is NOT even a victim. Hell, we've done nothing wrong at all. It's the damn shoe whores at Adidas that has caused this mess. Hell, it's not even Addas. It's their stupid convict reps/execs or whatever they call them now days.
KU is not the problem. It's not KU's fault. It took the freakin' Federal Bureau of Investigations, an ad hoc committee, and the idiot NCAA el presidente Emerts to create this fire storm. Emerts has been exposed and the NCAA has been proven to be incompetent. Now they are pointing fingers at the school presidents, coaches, and endorsers. This is rich. They are basically proven incompetent, and they blame. They found SDS eligible. They allowed him to enroll. Now they want to make KU look like a bad guy?
This should've been done a LONG time ago. How about they be sure to investigate WWW? How about they look into the academics of schools and how they doctor grades to keep players eligible...see John Cali I'm a Cheater and his superstar Derrick Rose. Hell, it's not just Cal and Rose, but every damn top bball school in the NCAA.
If they even lift a finger against KU, the lawyers better take this crap to the highest courts. Who's next?
@jayballer73 Yeah...I read the same article and it was a little interesting to me too. If you read what dad, mom, sisters, and even Langford himself...it's a little disconcerning for IU. They don't seem to be very pro-IU. They seem to be saying he will make a decision and 'fans' shouldn't be too concerned with his choice. They didn't seem too convinced about his 'gym' announcement having much to do with IU. They said it was more for the fans that watched his high school career.
The Langford's then said it will be over, back to normal, and Romeo himself said, "no more questions." This doesn't sound too promising for IU. I agree, it doesn't mean much for KU either, but if I had to guess, it doesn't seem to be IU either. He has all but eliminated them.
If it's not KU, which I've always thought KU had a chance, it's like Vandy. But not so fast, his relationship with Grimes is intriguing. Here is my worthless theory. He has admitted that he and Grimes are OAD, they will be playing in the NBA very soon. I believe he wants to make the most of his OAD experience. I've always said KU gives him the best chance to at least go deep again in the NCAA, and likely a favorite to win it all.
Why go to IU or Vandy and waste your One And Only year in college? You go where your chances are maximized. IU and Vandy's chances of a run are slim to none.

Kevin Knox played. Ayton played. Sexton played. Little and Quinerly will play. So Silvio can probably play. Doesn't seem he had any knowledge of it, and didn't see a dime. KU is certainly deep enough in the post to not play him. Wonder how it shakes out.
Why the hell would DeSousa not play? How long were the above mentioned players suspended? a game, a semester, or season? I call bullcrap. He better play and the NCAA better not touch Silvio.
The bball "Commissar," I mean Commissioner...said the NCAA will not act. They did not act against Zona or Ayton. We still don't know what the hell happened with Baggerly. This is a mess of smoke and mirrors...cloak and daggers. It simply shows just how inept the NCAA has been doing their job. If anything, this shows how horrible the NCAA has been at enforcing their own stupid rules. But like everyone knows, everyone makes money. Who is going to miss the gravy train?
It sucks they are using KU as a the guinea pig or case study. Let's see what happens when the NCAA finds out that a Nike shoe whore snatched Zion at the last minute from SCarolina. Funny how SCarolina was also named as one of the earlier violators too. I guarantee this has given many of these teams like UNC, Puke and Kensucky a chance to cover their tracks, and consult with their shoe whores. Not one article has questioned how Puke stole Zion from SCarolina. Not one writer has even implied that Zion could possibly have the same violation.
This is what pisses me off how KU is crooked in the eyes of the bball world. And...they havent' even been accused of doing anything wrong. Listen to Mellinger with the KCStar and Gary Parrish. They just keep feeding people bullshit about KU.
I spoke with a UK fan and they are very concerned their program is next. They have no idea what Cal has done. I guarantee you Coach K has been working night and day to clean up any signs of wrong doing.
I guarandamntee you this...If KU or Silvio gets any kind of punishment from this shit, KU's legal team better be ready to unleash hell. This is bullshit to call out one program and penalize one program. You people thinking a "slap" on the wrist is going to happen, you better think again. The NCAA will have to cover their asses and make an example. Now, they have KU for their example. The sad thing is, this will take forever, but Silvio has done nothing, nor has his guardian. We should not have to sit him out, lose any games, or wins.
These other programs better be VERY NERVOUS. All these articles have all said one thing...all programs do the same thing to get recruits.

JAY BILAS: … I read (one) article the other day, the one that was using unnamed sources on people like balking at Kansas using the term ‘victim.’ That’s not Kansas’ term. That’s what the government claims. That’s what the the government says. They (KU officials) didn’t pull that out of thin air. The United States government says they are a victim, That is their theory. I don’t understand why people won’t go on the record. What’s so horrible about it? If you’ve got the opinion that Kansas, they’re not victims, then why wouldn’t you stand behind that? I didn’t understand that one. To me that’s like an issue of petty jealousy. It’s like claiming UCLA wouldn’t have won all those championships if not for Sam Gilbert. The hell they wouldn’t of. They would have won them anyway.

There has never been any allegations of wrongdoing by Archie Miller and at his previous stop, Dayton, he ran a squeaky clean program. Just curious, what makes you think he would start acting differently now?
haha...just pissed and actually I hope for the sake of the game he does in fact run a squeaky program. Also for your sake too. It appears many thought Bill Self ran a squeaky program too. In fact, many are bitching about "how many recruiting issues Self has had..." Yet, the coin can be flipped by saying that even though there have been some recruiting issues that if KU and HCBS knew anything, THEY DIDN'T PLAY. Meaning, HCBS runs a squeaky program and his program seems to be guilty until proven innocent.
The media hasn't helped either. KU is NOT accused of ANY wrong doing. This is all Adidas, but KU is being criticized.
