Weber drives me nuts, 3 or 4 times a game he almost gets ran into. How he doesn't get multiple Ts is beyond me. I thought KSU played hard no question but so did we baring the first 8 minutes. Mason had a bad ass hustle play but just got to fast to finish it off.
@Crimsonorblue22 what an idiot, I thought KSU got every call they could. I guess we here at buckets we can make a participation trophy and send it to Weber.
@jayballer54 that's just KSU for ya, foster for them a few years ago was given about 5 trys to stay outta trouble and couldn't. Beasley was busted with strippers and weed. One of their assistant coaches got a DUI with no consequences. They'll say anything to make them feel better about losing again. I hope they beat WVU Saturday to help us but at the same time I'd love to see them not playing in the dance again.
Good game, Frank was great outside of the dribbling the ball off his leg lol. If we rebound and make FTS we win by 10+.

@DanR lol I'm not sure what to predict yet in March, I've compared this team to 04-05 but still not sure tomorrow will mean a lot on how I predict march.
@DanR I try to keep it real above all, my some of my buddies always text me when I think the game is over. I'm right about 9 of 10 times, I said the game was over Saturday after the first 4 minutes of the second half. A blind man could see we had no hustle or energy what so ever and when you give a team hope like that on the road, its dangerous.
I know that Bragg was on the bus to Manhattan, that's all I know.

@Crimsonorblue22 the way I understand it is basically once you get it, it allows you to get rehab or community service that last a year to keep you from getting convicted.

I was/am fairly pissed at JJ from yesterday. He missed two FTs late on a play where if he dunks with two hands it's an and one. Im not mad Burton got the best of him JJ is a working progress on d, but I was also pissed he didn't get on the floor a few times like he normally does.
@StLJhawk I agree with the call, if the players or coaches leave the bench they get a T. Just another reason not to storm the court until the other team had left the floor.
Had a good weekend excited for these next few years.
@Crimsonorblue22 not sure his court date was moved from the 14th to march 4th but I think they handle diversions without a court date.

@HawkChamp I actually think we should zone them to clog up the lane. They have OK shooters but average from deep as a team. The way we play man defense, over helping and being outta position,that leads to open 3s aswell.

After a tough loss Saturday we don't have time to sulk in it. KSU had huge win Saturday at Baylor to help their post season chances. Big Monday for sure. What's everyones take??
@HawkChamp I compared this team to 04-05 Earlier, I hope it's not true but the effort for that club went away. They played like they didn't care. I'll say this team is no different if we don't hustle tomorrow.
@Fightsongwriter becareful their fans claim to classy but are the exact opposite. Better go with multiple people if you don't want to get jumped. My brother in law was jumped outside a bathroom there about ten years ago. He has been to all B12 venues and says KSU fans are worse than anyone not named fizzou.

Sad thing is we'd be in great shape if our boys played hard for 40 minutes.
The effort and pride were the issues for me. 3/8 in last 2 minutes and ot from the line in our own gym. Didn't have guys getting after the loose balls or hustling at all outside of Mason and LL I thought most took a day off. I can handle an L but the longer I think about losing one like this the more ticked I get.
@HawkChamp that's what bothers me I didn't think we played hard and when ksu beats us it's because they play harder.

@HawkChamp I agree look back on this thread, I was taking crap for saying we had to tighten up with a double digit lead or we would let them right back in it. I say everyone stays and makes 500 FTS had too many misses late.

Pissed off because we blew a 15 point lead, missed fts and silly silly turnovers. But it's one game boys Baylor is getting spanked by KSU. We will still be up but makes Monday a must win.
