ok, i tried clearing cache on mac and then used my hotspot and it is working. I have done that before without seeing any success so perhaps you fixed something and i just had to clear the bad data. However clearing data has not worked on my phone so far.
it is very weird, i access the board via wifi on my iphone turn off the wifi and try to change pages and am told that Safari cannot establish a secure connection to the server. So i tried using my phone as a hotspot and first used my computer with wifi to access the board then the hotspot which failed with the same message. It has got to be a security setting i wish I was smart enough to figure out a work around.

Is he going to graduate this year where he could transfer out and play elsewhere immediately? I just can't see him sitting out another year for any reason. I feel its grad transfer, play for KU, or go pro.
Ok, lets assume Silvio is gone long term, 5+ games. McCormack, at best he's out a game or two just for stumbling around over people waving his arms. So is Mitch's redshirt coming off, at this point in the season I'd hate to see that happen personally.
@Texas-Hawk-10 I would not be surprised if they are all running laps or worse at this moment!

Fran didn't help, but it was still bad enough
All the players left the bench, if there are penalties for that beyond this game that leaves 4 players as Silvio is done for awhile at best.

Long before the upgrade for me. I was having trouble before i got my new phone and i believe that was in July of 2018. I commented about it then and tried all the suggestions.

i've not been able to access this page without wifi on my iphone for a year at least. I am somewhat relieved to hear it is just not me. I have tried all kinds of fixes, including a new iphone, to no avail. If someone figures it out let me know.

I met Doke before his freshman season. He came across as young, almost as a child in a mans body young. Age might be off but I'm not thinking he's older than they say.

Yeah I gave up on dish years ago. Between all the trees around the house and bad weather it was pretty much a no go. We cut cable a couple of years ago and have gone all streaming so the + deal isn't as annoying for me. BUT that still made me snort!

@HighEliteMajor Totally agree, guys keep dropping off their man to help on drives and getting out of position and there is often no need. Particularly when there is a pretty efficient rim protector lying in wait! Also about half of Garrets fouls, and perhaps others as well, were the result of other guys not being where they needed to be. The defense was high energy, but perhaps not well conceived or perhaps performed.
5-6 FT, i didn't get a count on his 3's I know he made 1 that looked pure. Does anyone have his season ft% quickly at hand? Early yet of course but it sure looks like a much better motion

I guess I am less offended for having to pay for ESPN+ for a few months than some as I already pay to watch what I want to see. I dumped cable a couple of years ago and just use online tv services for everything now. Some are like Espn+ where I pay for it just long enough to watch KUBB then shut it off, others like Netflix I keep pretty much all the time, mainly to keep the grandkids happy. Overall it's cheaper and tbh we spend a heck of a lot less time staring at the TV and spend more time doing the stuff we didn't seem to ever have time for before. Then again I did miss that HBO show with dragons and so i was told half dressed gals with swords :)
Although Doke went 1 for 5 from the line it appeared like his mechanics have changed for the better. 2 of the shots were short, 1 long but those were seemingly online, hard to tell from the side on the short ones. That is a heck of a lot better than the shotgun pattern he threw up in past years. Perhaps seeing that last one go in clean will give him a bit of confidence going on.
When Marcus hit his first 3 I dreaded his next attempt, when he hit that one, and looked good doing it, I was eager to see him keep shooting. Ten games in it will be interesting to see how's it has gone but Duke will likely tell the tale I believe.

I would not want to think of Silvio as a downgrade as an offensive threat compared to Lawson even tho he probably will not score as much. We pretty much had to ride Dedric all season wearing him out in the process and we are more rounded now, i hope, so no one player should have to carry the load he did. I see Silvio as a more mobile athletic and aggressive player he also showed some midrange touch and I would like to think that has improved. So as a scoring threat he's likely to be right up there as someone you have to defend and defend well at all times or he will eat you alive.

Someone that needs a low cost 3rd point could do much worse. Frank’s not a head case and would bring a great work ethic and toughness.
I don't see a way forward for him on getting to play right away. I mean we are dealing with the NCAA so who knows but nothing I've heard or read shows any reason he will get a waiver to play immediately.
More players like Bryant and Carpenter taking advantage of the shift is the way to end the shift. No need for any new rules. Gordon needs to bunt hard down third every at bat till they play him honest.
I liked the way he was driving the last three games before his injury. He was getting to the rim and scoring with ease.
Agree with both of you, team looks pretty solid to me other than pitching in general. The starters have had some good days but yeah the bullpen is a house of cards for sure! Be nice to have a closer again wouldn't it?
A couple of times in the last few days the Royals have went into the 9th up 8 or more. Both times I've been quite worried about them holding that lead. I feel bad for the doubt but I can not seem to break out of it. What do you all think? Is it a valid concern or do I need to up my baseball season valium dose?

His position is very understandable, he has few choices as thing stands. Sitting the bench another year will gain him nothing basketball wise and probably hurt his pro options. Leaving now would give him at least some oversea's exposure and likely some time in G-league or whatever it's called now. Who knows, he is pure potential maybe someone in the NBA will take a flyer on him. From what little we saw he has a chance to be really good in time and that time is probably sooner rather than later. Stating that if he is given the chance to play next year he will be back and he would much prefer that to be the way things falls agrees with what I wish for the young man.
I would probably be a nicer person to be around next season!
I have to agree with De Sousa being the one with a potential case and there would not be much of a downside to him filing one if his suspension stands. No one else might like it but he has already been hammered not much left to lose.

If my memory is correct, and granted my wife claims that is doubtful, SDS wanted to come to KU which put his pimp in a bind because he had already sold him to Maryland. So much scrambling was done trying to make the Maryland payment go away which resulted in $2500 going to the pimp supposedly for a class which I have heard may not have even been needed or taken.
Now if that is in fact the way things fell out why the hate for SDS? it sounds like he was the driver to come to KU even though big money was on the line to go elsewhere. That is the one thing that leads me to believe he was not involved in the bartering for his services as he obviously didn't go for the big bucks. Of course all the facts are not on the table, I for one am giving him (and my memory) the benefit of the doubt until the trash comes to rest. My hate is for Mr Pimp and his cronies, and ANY of the coaching staff that may be outed as taking part of this fine example of greed.
Now for Preston, I met him at a camp the summer he came to campus. I posted on here then my doubts about him, I was polite about it then, he was obviously a head case that had no respect for his teammates and little desire to interact with them. TBH him not playing was better than watching him protect the goods most the season and then try to play superstar from time to time to jack up his rep.

At the very least Grimes should test the waters. Like the rest of you I don’t think he is ready but perhaps there is someone in the NBA that does. With the current rules not taking the chance to get honest feedback is a bit silly.
Hulu worked fine, although the bullpen not so much. It should work anywhere in the US I happen to be working as well. I guess I will find that out next week.
